Job Description
Primary contact between the organization and state unemployment agencies, responsible for receiving, analyzing, determining appropriate documentation, and responding to unemployment claim-related documents and state agency inquiries within regulatory time limits. Responsibilities
Receive and prioritize claims, state agency documents, determinations, and other unemployment-related data.
File timely claim protests and appeals with state UI agencies on behalf of the company. Review files and hearing notes to assist in drafting written appeals to the Board of Review for unfavorable hearing decisions.
Provide representation for Westgate Resorts at unemployment hearings.
Analyze individual unemployment compensation cases by reviewing company databases, conducting investigative telephone calls, and examining document images to determine appropriate responses to state agencies.
Transfer completed claim responses to the Unemployment Claims Specialist for imaging and appropriate storage.
Effectively communicate with Human Resources and company leadership regarding the fiscal impact, strengths, and weaknesses of unemployment compensation cases.
Respond to internal customers and state agencies with all pertinent information in accordance with mandatory state and organizational compliance guidelines.
Initiate timely contact, follow-up, and collaboration via telecommunications, in-person communication, telephone, email, and fax with identified organizational leadership to obtain required documentation.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with state agencies and internal customers.
Investigate and resolve operational requirements in a timely manner, and coach and assist Human Resources on unemployment compensation topics.
Assist in the development and delivery of verbal presentations on unemployment compensation compliance training for Human Resources and organizational leadership.
Perform additional responsibilities as needed to ensure departmental operations and governmental compliance, which may include working outside of normal business hours to accommodate varying time zones.

WORK OBJECTIVE

Responsibilities also include acting as a liaison with other Law Enforcement agencies through the use of radio, teletype and telephone equipment. The position works within the scope of established laws, rules, and regulations of the work, however, is expected to exercise considerable judgment and initiative in performing work under the established policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assists Public Safety Call Takers, when needed, with answering emergency and non-emergency phone calls, gathering information to determine the caller's needs and entering information into the Computer aided dispatch (CAD) system.
Receives and assigns complaints to appropriate mobile units for Police Service to resolve calls while also relaying requests from mobile units to appropriate individuals.
Alerts/dispatches police units to locations where assistance is required, keeping track of the status and location of on-duty police units.
Monitors other Public Safety Radio channels for information pertinent to this agency.
Maintains accurate status records of all Department units through various logs.
Provides callers with lifesaving instructions in life-threatening situations.
Operates base station radio network using the various assigned frequencies.
Operates the CAD system, radio equipment, and teletype as part of the F.C.I.C. and N.C.I.C. Network.
Performs other duties as assigned by Communications management or a command officer.
The Communications Unit works 24 hours, 365 days a year including holidays. Applicants must be available to work 12-hour shifts that may include weekends, late night and/or holidays as well as the possibility to work extended hours with short notice and the potential for mandatory overtime.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
At least eighteen (18) years of age, with a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to type proficiently at a minimum speed of THIRTY (30) words per minute.
Ability to pass/obtain a Public Safety Telecommunicator certification within 12 months from date of hire.
Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, holidays, weekends, and emergencies, including overtime, if deemed necessary.

Job Description
The Print Production Coordinator (Traffic Coordinator) is responsible for efficiently managing the daily workflow of all print requests from receipt to final delivery, ensuring all jobs are completed accurately and on time.
Traffic Management: Oversee and manage the daily workflow of print requests, utilizing the department's job tracking system to establish priorities, monitor progress, and meet deadlines.
Customer & Order Processing: Act as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and TEAMS. Process incoming print orders, provide quotes for color jobs, and manage all stages of the production process.
Coordination & Logistics: Effectively coordinate job requirements, deadlines, and delivery logistics with customers, the internal production team (including the Print Services Supervisor), and external vendors/couriers.
Design Support: Process print orders and complete graphic design requests as needed, specifically managing all business card requests from creation to final print approval and production.
Quality Control: Correct electronic files to meet printing requirements, visually inspect proofs and finished products for quality assurance, and apply industry standards (e.g., SNAP/GrayCol).
Reporting & Financials: Maintain accurate records for specialized printed materials (e.g., RX scripts) and assist in the reconciliation of charges (IDTs) for all print jobs.
Production Support (As Needed): Assist with printing and finishing tasks, including operating high-speed digital printers, coil binding, lamination, cutting, and drilling equipment.
