The Business Transformation Strategist plans, executes, leads and oversees cross functional end-to-end delivery of process improvement and transformation initiatives throughout the lifecycle of largescale, highly complex projects or programs to enhance process capability. The Business Transformation Strategist provides advisory support, direction and guidance to assigned resources, stakeholders and executives of the projects and/or program as well as educates and creates awareness of Process Improvement / Transformation methodologies across the Credit Union.
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in business, engineering or related required.
Minimum 5 years' related process improvement experience required.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification required.
Demonstrated experience with tools and methodologies including DMAIC, Lean, Kaizen, and DFSS.
Technical skills to include data visualization in Power BI or Tableau required.
Financial acumen: Ability to link process performance with clear financial impact for both current and improved state using metrics and data.

Responsibilities
The Desktop Support Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Manager with leading the daily operations of the Desktop Support team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical support to end users across the organization. This role oversees the timely resolution of incidents and service requests, manages ticket queues, and ensures adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant Branch Manager responsibilities are to coach, develop and lead branch employees to obtain individual, branch and organizational growth goals while delivering unbelievable member service experiences and maintaining operational excellence. Mortgage Loan OfficerACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT
The incumbent is responsible for originating residential first mortgage and equity loans and participates in related business development activities. Requests any additional information required to complete the loan application package prior to submission for processing.
Generally provides the required three day disclosures along with other pertinent mortgage disclosures to the member electronically however, may be required to provide them in paper form should the member decline to accept them electronically. Maintain communication with processor regarding progress of each mortgage loan file and communicate status and information to member.
Acts as main point of contact for information and guidance for member. Documents communication with the member and/or other interested parties in the loan transaction in the mortgage origination software application.
Assists the assigned mortgage loan processor and closer to obtain documentation to ensure a smooth mortgage loan process. Proactively communicates status of loan throughout the loan process.

SVP, Commercial BankingACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT
The Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking has overall responsibility for the leadership and management of all functions and activities within the Commercial Services Department, which consist of:

The incumbent is accountable for continued development and implementation of the Commercial Services strategy across all delivery channels to optimize the member experience and financial benefits, drive financial performance results through loan and deposit growth, meeting all business plan and budget goals, while maximizing profitability and ensuring productivity standards are maintained throughout the department. The SVP, Commercial Banking is accountable for the department's business loan portfolio quality and origination of business loans, per policy and procedures in compliance with all state and federal regulations through effective risk mitigation practices and sound credit monitoring and report control.
Responsibilities include loan analysis, loan decisioning, portfolio management and servicing, and relationship management, which involves managing a substantial portfolio of business loans, both secured and unsecured, many of which involve large balances and loans deemed Specially Managed Relationships (SMRs). The Small Business Bankers and Business Bankers receive guidance and direction from the incumbent to originate quality loans and achieve or exceed our annual loan goals.
In addition, the SVP, Commercial Banking has oversight for the following:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Provide strategic and tactical direction within VyStar's Field of Membership (FOM) and at the corporate level regarding all business products and services, compliance and risk management, and delivery processes and procedures.
Manage a diverse team that includes Business Credit and Servicing Administration; Business Portfolio Management; Business Product and Services; and Small Business Bankers and Business Bankers.

Resolve credit policy issues identified internally or by the regulators by coordinating due diligence efforts with lending staff and other department managers.
Establish and maintain robust credit underwriting standards and ensure quality underwriting and financial analysis for all loan requests/proposals.
Makes credit decisions as authorized and reviews loans for approval that may require an exception to policy. If appropriate, approves the decision to make an exception and reports it to the CLO.
Ensures departments remain in compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations, remaining abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes, and ensuring teams have complete understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
Works with the Information Technology and Information Development Systems groups to make recommendations to enhance technology, programs, products, and processes.
Ensures all regulatory reporting is completed on or before the required deadlines.

EDUCATION

The mortgage loan collector contacts members to effectively reduce VyStar's exposure to financial loses caused by delinquent mortgage loan accounts. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Mortgage Loan Underwriting ManagerACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT

We are seeking Member-driven, detail-oriented candidates, with cash handling and lending experience for the position of Financial Services Representative in our Miami, FL branch. This onsite role is responsible for providing professional, courteous, accurate and efficient service to all Members through all communication channels of the credit union.
Key Job Functions:
The ability to think analytically, and act in the best interests of the Member.
Fulfills the financial needs of Members through education and cross-selling appropriate products and services.
Performs teller duties and provides back-up support to the Lending Department in processing loan applications.
Staying organized in a fast-paced environment with effective written and verbal communication skills is required as this position will engage with vendors, Members, and employees at all levels of the credit union.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of one month of similar or related experience. Prior experience in a banking or credit union environment is strongly preferred.
A high school education or GED.
Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs., as needed, and requires extended periods of sitting and/or standing and to be able to use PC, copier, scanner, fax, etc.
Must be able to obtain and maintain multiple security clearances and an in-depth background investigation to access various branches.
