This is a frontline staff position responsible for the holistic support of Production Assistants success, as well as supporting the overall success of the Employment Training (ET) program at Growing Home, Inc. The Case Management Coordinator reports to the Director of Employment Training.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Case Management and Supportive Service Provision:
Oversees supportive service provision for GH clients (both current Production Assistants and program Graduates); identifies and supports needs for ancillary referrals for health, education, counseling, housing, etc.
Coordinates and participates in 1:1 counseling meetings with Production Assistants to support the achievement of participant-driven goals
Develops and maintains referral partnerships, and works closely with the Director of Employment Training in facilitating organizational collaborations
Provides feedback and advice to other frontline caseworkers, including support to colleagues without social work backgrounds, as well as program graduate mentors
Serves as the lead in case noting, including providing support to other GH staff Collaborates with ET Manager to provide pre-employment and retention counseling services for PAs
Participates in weekly case management meetings with the ET team and site managers
Reporting and Data Management:
Maintains client files, gathers and processes necessary data for case management
Provides relevant data and information for reporting purposes, maintains clear data for Data analysis, and writes reports, case studies, and assessments
Recruitment and Enrollment:
Assists in recruitment by leading information and application sessions
Collaborate with ET team for participant review, interviews, and PA hiring decisions
Curriculum Support:
Assists in job readiness training, including assisting in classroom facilitation, and curriculum development/revision as needed
Graduate Engagement:
In addition to ongoing case management and support service provision to GH graduates:
Assists in Graduate retention and outreach
Assists in Graduate engagement events, Graduate Advisory Council meetings, and other Graduate related activities as needed
Program Assistance:
Assist in office support tasks and operations as needed
Collaborate with ET team for PA application review, interviews, and hiring decision
Assists with PA resume creation, cover letter drafting, interview preparation, and individual job search as needed
Assists in the coordination of Employment Training events
Assists with Board liaising as needed
Assists with employer cultivation as needed

Track and report on sponsorship revenue, KPIs, and ROI.

Event Planning & Execution (45%)
Plan and execute a calendar of in-person, hybrid, and virtual events (e.g., our gala, ALS Walk for Life, Team Race for ALS and other partnership events)
Manage our outside events consultants who provide support for our Hope Through Caring Gala and ALS Walk for Life events
With the support of our events consultants, manage all event logistics, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor negotiation, AV, signage, staffing, and post-event wrap-up.
Oversee guest experiences and ensure a high experience quality throughout all event touchpoints.
Collaborate cross-functionally to market events, increase attendance, and drive engagement.
Monitor event performance, collect feedback, and implement improvements for future events.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in sponsorship, partnerships, ideally within the not-for-profit sectors.

The Position
The Development Director (DD) is a frontline fundraising and donor services position, including the direct cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of donors. The DD manages a portfolio of individual and corporate prospects and leads the efforts to meet the fundraising and donor relations goals of Friends of the Children-Chicago.
