PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Assists with the implementation and communication of Crop Protection marketing plans, educate crop protection customers on the generic offerings, coordinate with customers the GROWMARK Crop Protection private label offerings in addition to the proprietary adjuvant brand. Assist with training around Crop Protection products and tools at the retail level while achieving budgeted growth and profitability.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist with developing and implementing Crop Protection's long-term and annual marketing plans/strategies and communicating the overall crop protection branded, generic and specialty product message across all core and expanded territories.
Supports the promotion of GROWMARK Crop Protection products and services consistent with business plans.
Responsible for developing and implementing marketing inputs into annual sales and gross margin, annual and long-term sales and gross margin projections.
Responsible for developing and communicating the generic crop protection product offerings and proprietary adjuvant brand.
Assist with identifying and developing new opportunities while working with the FS Member and understanding their needs and strategic direction.
Accountable for maintaining relationship at the local level with vendors and implementation of vendor marketing programs, key dates, and communicate pricing of all crop protection products at a level that supports company profit standards.
Assist with the development and implementation of all Crop Protection, Adjuvant training and support needs in conjunction with GROWMARK Agronomic Services and to strengthen the Crop Protection's marketing position.
Initiates sales calls with FS Members while building relationships to assist FS Members and targeted customers promote crop protection brands.
Serves as a contact person for all sales, information, and operational needs of the FS member and prospects for crop protection products and services within the assigned area.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Works to obtain FS Member information on product purchase plans and intentions, assists in developing supply plans and strategies to fill those needs, and communicates to others in the Crop Protection Division.
Maintains appropriate industry contacts to keep current on market trends.
Makes visits to member cooperatives to enhance business relationships.
Maintains a sales history of all Crop Protection product lines.
Prepares monthly sales status and activity reports.
Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a college degree in business, marketing, or the equivalent thereof, and 3 years or more of marketing leadership experience (preferably in the Crop Protection Industry) to demonstrate the ability to develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans, budgets, and communications.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
Must have the ability to travel independently and overnight as needed.
Ability to acquire and maintain a United States Passport.

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Operates commercial sprayer or floater for the purpose of applying crop inputs to producer field. In addition, operates and maintains single or tandem axle trucks and other equipment. Performs all job functions in a timely and accurate manner to increase customer satisfaction and maintain the reputation and profitability of the organization.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Accurately & professionally applies crop production inputs to fields and growing crops according to recommended rates, procedures, and following all pesticide labels.
Records application data according to regulations and standards.
Demonstrates knowledge of and the ability to safely set up, maintain and operate sprayers, floaters, single or tandem axle trucks and other equipment to meet company and DOT standards
Performs and records daily safety checks of assigned vehicle(s) and associated equipment by conducting pre-trip inspections, such as checking fuel and oil levels, inspecting tires, lights, and brakes.
Loads and unloads containers, pallets, or materials and products, safely on/off trucks, trailers, or railcars.
Ensures products are evenly balanced and distributed on trucks/trailers and proper axle weights are met.
Assist with the inventory control and turns in application records on a daily basis. Assures all product is accounted for with either an invoice or delivery ticket.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for maintaining, repairing, rebuilding, and/or servicing location equipment, vehicles, and structures as needed
Follows the preventative maintenance program and maintains clean equipment to present a professional appearance.

REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof.

Must possess a satisfactory driving record and valid medical card.

Load trailers in proper order.
Responsible for using proper code dates when unloading trailers.
Ensure that product requested is put on trailer when available.
Properly store product in receiving cooler.

Report any damage done to trailers coolers, freezer, forklift or product immediately.
Ensure that trailer doors are shut and unit is turned on if load is not finished at end of shift.

Will be responsible for pulling pallets from the line and putting them in the staging area using a riding jack.
Will be responsible for moving pallets from the staging area to the pallet wrapper and then to the cooler using a riding jack.

Capable of lifting up to approximately 70 pounds of product during duration of the shift.
Capable of operating a forklift and standing pallet jack.
