This role focuses on delivering recruiting support, sourcing services, and developing talent pipelines across assigned territories. Field Recruiter helps members enhance their ability to attract, engage, and retain talent, including interns and early career professionals. Through strong relationships and proactive planning, this role ensures members are equipped to meet both current and future hiring demands. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Develops and executes recruiting strategies while providing ongoing support to assigned members. Leverages comprehensive scorecards to track and analyze recruiting metrics and outcomes, ensuring data-driven insights and continuous improvement in recruitment strategies. Delivers comprehensive sourcing services for assigned members by identifying, screening, and referring candidates through research, relationship building, online platforms, networking, existing talent pools, and proactive outreach strategies, including social media networking, digital platforms, talent databases, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques. Partners with member management teams to understand required skills, experience, and education for current and future positions. Coordinates and facilitates intern visits, career discussions, and conversion activities. Provides recruiting training, presentations, and resources for members and staff as requested. Leads talent pipelining efforts to ensure a robust candidate pool for current and future needs. Implements employment brand and employee value proposition initiatives across all recruiting practices and cascades these efforts to assigned members. Maintains candidate databases in the applicant tracking system and ensures candidate engagement for future staffing needs. Achieves goals related to sourcing services, including conversion rates, interviews, hires, and other recruitment metrics. Supports internship programming, including attending conferences and assisting with program coordination and facilitation as needed. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS Maintains a current knowledge concerning employment-related legislation. Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply. Performs all other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Normally requires a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field with 2-4 years of relevant experience. Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record. Ability and willingness to travel overnight and on-site to customer locations and career fairs, which may require evening hours. Ability to transport recruiting materials and assemble career fair displays.
