PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Requires a high school diploma, GED or related experience equivalent. Valid Driver's License is required. Ability to work extended hours when needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Records data according to regulations and standards
Sets up material handling, blending, storage, and transport for the delivery of products
Performs and records daily safety checks of equipment as required
Loads and unloads containers, pallets, or materials and products, safely on/off trucks, trailers, or railcars
Ensures products are evenly balanced and distributed on trucks/trailers and proper axle weights are met
Communicate effectively with customers
Responsible for inventory control
Assures all products are accounted for with either an invoice or a delivery ticket.
Maintains an appropriate inventory of parts necessary for repairs and maintenance
Responsible for the housekeeping of the shop and general maintenance of shop & equipment.
Successfully adhere to safety rules and company policies and procedures. EHS, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures must be adhered to at all times.
Assist/perform repair and maintenance of equipment at location.
All other duties as assigned

This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation and monitoring of Mill Equipment, panels, and computers as needed to ensure that the rice is milled and graded according to predetermined standards set forth by Riceland, USDA, and Customer Specifications. This position is also responsible for the safe and efficient loading of trucks with by-products as needed. The Mill Equipment Operator will also cross train for all four of the positions within the Mill: Sheller, Whitener, Control Room Operator, and Hammermill. Job Duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assist Shift Miller and/or other Mill Equipment Operators with any other activities that may need assistance.
Perform daily inspections of equipment; notify management of need for repairs.
Perform light maintenance work and a variety of sanitation duties daily.
Operate forklift and heavy machinery.
Complete SA logs as required.
Recommend and implement process improvements as approved.

Perform all grading duties.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Trained and mentored to use self-propelled equipment to make fertilizer and/or chemical applications to crops in farm fields during the growing season (Typically middle of April through the beginning of July)
Operate machines, field computers and electronic dispatching to ensure customer satisfaction of timely and accurate fertilizer and chemical applications
Use of provided computer software for field mapping, crop planning and record keeping of customer operations
Understand the products utilized and the reasons for them being applied
Make deliveries to farms of liquid and dry fertilizers or other products with a pickup, straight and semi-trucks as necessary
Mechanical and electrical maintenance of agricultural application equipment (CASE, RBR, RoGator)
Facility maintenance and repair of buildings and operational equipment will be necessary at times

Corporate Graphics Commercial, a Taylor Company, is looking for energetic and quality driven team members to join our growing manufacturing team! We currently have an opening in our 2nd shift finishing department assisting in the operation of finishing casemaker equipment. We are looking for a goal oriented and adaptive individual to join our team.
Your Responsibilities:
Properly set up the casemaker equipment to the specifications required, and operate the machine producing the best quality product possible in a productive manner.
Maintain the equipment in good working condition through a regular maintenance schedule.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Accurately maintain a daily production sheet and properly log all production information and material into the Hagen system.
Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor.
Your Shift: Monday -Thursday, 2:30pm - 1:00am with Overtime Opportunities available!
You Must Have:
Mechanical ability and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality of finished product.
Willingness to cross-train in other departments or tasks as needed.
Requirements Within This Position:
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials.
Frequently required to move inside the facility.
Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry).

Manufacturing or production experience.

Your Opportunity
Label Works is seeking an Equipment Operator to work in our slitting, cutting, and shipping areas. This role is responsible for operating machines to finish production orders and assisting with the shipping process. We are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined and comfortable operating multiple pieces of equipment during their shift based on product and staffing needs.
Your Responsibilities
• Operate automatic or semi-automatic machines in a continuous production environment, including cutters, slitters, and shrink wrappers
• Assist in shipping by pre-boxing and preparing orders
• Proofread and quality-check product for accuracy and quality standards
• Clean and maintain the work area in compliance with safety regulations
• Assist in other departmental areas as workload requires
Your Shift
• 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., Monday through Friday
You Must Have
• Mechanical and technical aptitude
• Basic math skills, including reading a ruler and calculating label dimensions for stock optimization
• Ability to operate equipment to meet production and quality standards
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions for work orders
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Ability to consistently lift up to 40 pounds
Requirements Within This Position
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
