PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Operates and maintains single, tandem or multi-axle trucks/trailers and forklifts for delivery/pick-up of agronomy/energy products following specified time schedules to/from the company locations or customer locations to achieve profitable business growth.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Operates and maintains all assigned vehicles, single, tandem, or multi axle configurations, forklifts, etc in accordance with established safety standards and proper vehicle operation techniques.
Performs and records daily safety checks of assigned vehicle(s) and associated equipment by conducting pre-trip inspections, such as checking fuel and oil levels, inspecting tires, lights, and brakes. Follows the preventative maintenance program and maintains a clean truck to present a professional appearance.
Loads and unloads trucks according to company policies and DOT regulations.
Ensures that all deliveries and pick-ups, and all associated documentation are made according to company expectations and standards.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for maintaining company equipment according to company standards, adheres to the company Uniform Policy, and maintains the appropriate professional image.
Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply. Demonstrates the FS Way Standards: Trust, Responsiveness, Excellence, Expertise and Solution Focused.
Perform basic shop maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Must possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain a CDL License with required endorsements and any other certification, license or permit, valid medical card and satisfactory driving record, as applicable.
Ability to work extended hours and on-call as business conditions warrant.

General Description. Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Dozer. The Dozer Operator levels and scoops soil and controls the direction and angle of the equipment to move rocks and debris.
Key Duties.
* Operate the dozer in a safe and appropriate manner.
* Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment.
* Understand, interpret and follow directions from foreman and other supervisors.
* Operate dozer controls to regulate height and angle of the dozer blade and lower scraper to loosen packed soil to permit grading.
* Use the dozer to level soil, move rock and debris, and scoop soil.

Job Responsibilities as a General Laborer:

What is required to join our team as a Field Operator:
Previous construction equipment operation experience or other related fields required
Requires a CDL (without air brake endorsement) 2-3 years of experience using CDL

Safely operate industrial tractors
Meet specified injection timelines
Inspect tractors before and after use
Communicate the need for maintenance or repair
Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Performs strenuous labor often under adverse conditions

Physical requirements:
The position lifts heavy objects and/or up to 50 lbs., walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE

JOB OVERVIEW
The Equipment Operator at Tri-State Tree Service operates specialized tree care equipment while performing ground work and aerial operations from bucket trucks and lifts. This skilled position combines equipment operation with hands-on tree care, including cutting, roping, and rigging from aerial platforms. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Equipment & Aerial Operations
Operate bucket trucks, aerial lifts, chippers, and specialized equipment
Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal from aerial platforms
Cut, rope, and rig branches from bucket truck and lift platforms
Conduct equipment inspections and routine maintenance
Coordinate with ground crew for safe debris management and rigging
Ground Operations & Safety

Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator at our Fridley-MN location.
Your Shift:
2nd Shift; Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm
Your Responsibilities:
Prepare, operate and adjust assigned machinery to specifications per customer work order
Maintain a clean and safe work area and prepare for the next user
Produce product to specifications by following all processes and procedures
Cut to size, fold, stitch, punch, coil, glue or otherwise finish the product according to job ticket instructions
Complete tasks, as directed by production schedules, to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
Pack finished product into correct packages and boxes, along with attach appropriate labels and tags to product or boxes
Examine finished product for quality assurance; report defective materials or questionable quality issues to Supervisor or Team Lead
Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on machines, as required, to reduce problems, maintain quality, and minimize costly repairs and downtime
Maintain work area, tools, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner
Follow standard work methods and prescribed safety practices to ensure production is as efficient and safe, as possible
You Must Have:
Ability to set adjust machinery to required tolerances
High degree of mechanical ability
Ability to read and write English
Basic mathematical skills & ability to read measurements with a ruler
Requirements Within this Position:
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
Frequently required to move inside the facility
Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
We Would Also Prefer:
High School Diploma/GED
1+ year experience in production or as an equipment operator
Good color discernment
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $17.00 - 21.00. About the Position:
The Equipment Operator is responsible for running equipment, repair, maintenance, the upkeep of buildings, grounds, and feed bunk systems. This role will also be accountable for various welding projects at the feedyard.
Job Responsibilities:

Identifies, cleans, and maintains pens
Maintains road surfaces, bunk pads, pens, and alleys by filling in holes, controlling dust and removing accumulated manure; takes care to leave hard pack intact while also maintaining pen slope and grade; and operates heavy equipment.
Helps ensure continuous supply of fresh water to cattle by performing repairs to water system and tanks.
Mows grass/weeds and sweeps bunks by operating tractor/mower; replaces broken cable, clips or fence; paints or re-paints pens, building, etc.
Ensures operation of equipment by completing servicing requirements specified by manager (may include: fueling, checking fluid levels, checking filters, greasing, and cleaning equipment).
Expected to demonstrate understanding of company policies and adapt to changes in the work environment.
Ability to weld and run basic equipment (skidsteer and forklift)
Perform welding and fabrication projects to repair, modify, or build equipment, tools, and structures as needed.
Exhibit sound and accurate judgment when observing safety and security procedures and reporting potentially unsafe conditions.
Complies with all applicable safety rules and policies.
Qualifications:
High School Degree, GED, or Technical Degree, preferred
1-2 Years of welding experience, preferred
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
