The position of Studio Manager (SM) is seen as an integral role within the West Coast Fitness (WCF) organization. They are responsible for the total oversight of their designated studio with a special focus on sales and operations. The Studio Manager position is a full-time position that demands a top-tier leader to maintain and grow the overall success of their studio. The SM is a highly trusted individual with access to sensitive and confidential information. The SM is responsible for creating a positive, high-energy, respectful OTF studio environment with the utmost professionalism, tact, and discretion. The SM is responsible for maximizing sales profitability, streamlining studio operations, and supporting recruitment/optimal staffing within the studio.
