SALARY RANGE: $20 - $27/hr
PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Responsible for a variety of tasks which are required to assist in meeting internal and external customer needs.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Dismount, mount and balancing tires on customers' wheels and/or vehicles using the method trained by the company.
Perform tire repairs in accordance with the method as trained by the company.
Perform vehicle alignments.
Install and/or work on any other products for which you are qualified.
Place scrap (take-off) tires in the appropriate location
Operate all tools and equipment as trained.
Deliver appropriate customer service satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, orderly, safe work area.
Maintain all company equipment and tools.
Work professionally and accurately without direct supervision.
Respond positively to direction from management.
Be a contributing, respectful team player.
Be punctual and dependable.
Follow guiding documents (Mission, Vision, Guiding Principles)
Assist in accurately conducting inventory control.
Participate as directed in housekeeping and maintenance activities.
Abide by all terms and conditions in the Employee Manual
Drive and operate a fleet service vehicle safely and following all laws.
Work effectively with co-workers.
Responsible for the housekeeping of the shop and company vehicles
Successfully adhere to safety rules and company policies and procedures. EHS, OSHA, EPA and DOT policies and procedures must be adhered to at all times.
All other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Prior knowledge of tires and related tools and equipment
Valid driver's license to drive the required vehicle type.
Ability to roll and occasionally lift 100 pound tires
Ability to roll and occasionally lift 100 to 150 pound mounted tire and wheel
Ability to pass a DOT physical exam.
Ability to squat bend safely.
Ability to push and pull up 50 pounds several time per day
Work week is Monday through Friday, typically from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm plus half-day on Saturday. In addition, fleet and road service calls sometimes occur at night and on the weekend.

Operate a sewer camera and locater to determine the cause of sewer line issues. Ability to locate sewer lines and mark.
Locate gas line leaks and make appropriate repairs and follow required red tag process.
Remove/replace/repair existing gas lines as well as install/run new gas lines.
Remove/replace/repair existing water lines as well as install/run new water lines.
Remove and replace existing garbage disposals.
Utilize leak detection equipment to locate where a leak is occurring under slabs and ground.
Certification to conduct Back Flow Testing- Test and verify a backflow is operational.
Diagnose, and present a solution to the homeowner in a professional manner with a written proposal, drawing and pictures.
Provide your own hand tools
Operate a company vehicle monitored by GPS and maintain safe driving habits
Utilize ServiceTitan to document Service Calls- Notes and Pictures are required on all service calls.
On Call and weekend shifts: We have a rotating schedule. Each shift is a 5-day work week with 1-2 on calls per month.

Primary Responsibilities
Perform routine service and repairs on production and facility equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing faults.
Complete scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
Accurately record work performed, parts used, and findings.
Respond rapidly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

Minimum Qualifications
Two (2) years of mechanical work experience documented in the application's work history, or completion of an industrial maintenance training program (experience may be combined across employers to total 2+ years).
Rehire policy: eligible after 90 days with fewer than three prior terms of employment at this facility.
18+ years of age; valid identification.
Ability to use basic hand tools.
Working knowledge in welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing.

Minimum
* Strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy and precision
* Proficient mechanical knowledge and skills one or more of the following maintenance classification: electrical, welding and fabrication, utilities, and basic PLCS
