**Your main responsibilities** :
+ Deliver value-added selling to designated key accounts by positioning Grundfos as a comprehensive solutions provider.
+ Organize and lead tailored onboarding and training sessions for key account employees and clients, including customized sales and support presentations.
+ Provide primary support for escalated inquiries related to quotes, orders, complaints, and the Order-to-Delivery process.
+ Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets, while providing regular status updates.
+ Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key accounts to understand and fulfill their evolving needs.
+ Promote and guide customers in using Grundfos digital self-service tools such as GPC, MyGrundfos, and Extranet.
+ Manage complex order fulfillment tasks, including manual and electronic orders, supply chain coordination, and proactive issue resolution.
+ Handle customer order changes, shipment consolidation, and support for returns and complaints, ensuring smooth communication with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.

This job can be described as:
The Pump Mechanic III possesses a complete understanding of rotating equipment and pump repair and works with other team members in the pump repair process. Utilize experience and knowledge of equipment, procedures and product specifications. Assist with the training of new employees and ensure quality of products. Inspects work and performs quality checks to ensure conformance to requirements. Will record data for SPC, either manually or electronically. Works as part of a team, and must be willing to support quality and production goals. Cross checks other pump mechanics.

On-Site positions will require employees to work on-site for each of their scheduled shifts.
A typical day at work would include:
· Support and adhere to all safety requirements in the department including wearing appropriate PPE and following all safety procedures.
· Build positive working relationships with co-workers to achieve productivity. Be part of the team by maintaining high personal standards of job performance.
· Recognize pump repair issues and use expertise and knowledge to reach effective solutions.
· Ability to fill out and complete each work packet with Initial and Final Inspection documentation.
· Must be able to perform Final Q.C Inspections on all components, Final Assembly, Air Testing and Pre-Shipment Inspections.
· Be able to Interprets and understands Prints, Mechanical Seal Drawings, OEM Manuals, etc.
· Utilize precision measuring instruments such as: Micrometers, Dial Indicators, and Dial Bore Gauge to take accurate measurement within .0005”.
· Performs work from operation and planning packages, which include process sheets, tooling lists, and blueprints.
· Understands and can interpret engineering and shop drawings and customer requirements.
· Inspects work and performs Quality checks.
· Understand and support Chesterton Quality Policies.
· Responsible for maintaining safe and clean work area on a daily basis. Keeps informed of and follows pump shop safety policies and procedures.
· Work involves moderate to complex set-ups and close to critical tolerances on various material types.
· Takes direction from the Pump Mechanic Team Lead. Provides training to various non-exempt manufacturing employees.
· Checks own work with inspection tools, gauges, micrometers, indicators, etc., and has work cross-checked by a Quality Control Inspector.
· Mechanic will perform disassembly of equipment while filling out Teardown Inspection Reports and must have the ability to write up a short detailed report for all necessary repairs needed on the equipment and of replacement parts.
· Works well with minimal to little supervision. No instructions required for routine work.
· Performs routine maintenance on equipment.
Experience you need coming into this job:
· Minimum of 6-8 years related experience with machine tools in a Manufacturing/Machine Shop.
· Must have in-depth understanding of API and other industry standards used in repairs of rotating equipment and pumps.
· Ability to read, comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
· Requires solid math skills.
· Ability to work in a Pump Shop environment.
· Requires lifting parts, tools, and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds.
· Requires ability to read and comprehend engineering and shop drawings and blueprints.
· Ability to function as part of a team. Strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
· Exercises independent judgment in work with pump components.
· Ability to work in a moderately uncomfortable environment; i.e., extreme heat, and noise.
· Ability to train other pump mechanics as part of a team as required.
· Ability to work as a team, and to work with other team members to find a solution.

**What is the job about?**
The Senior Electrical and Controls Engineer is responsible for the design, development, component selection, procurement support, installation supervision, and testing for electrical equipment in the scope of the integrated pumping systems. Additionally, the Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for controls design and application including PLC programming selection and review for the integrated pumping systems. This position will report to the Engineering Services Manager and will operate on a hybrid capacity out of our Waller, TX facility.

+ Lead electrical and controls system design for modular products, ensuring compliance with NEC, IEC, and local codes.
+ Create and review technical documentation including one-line diagrams, schematics, load lists, and Bills of Material using AutoCAD or similar tools.
+ Collaborate across teams-manufacturing, purchasing, vendors, and clients-to align designs with project and production requirements.
+ Support project lifecycle activities such as bidding, cost estimation, proposal generation, and commissioning.

The CSSC (Customer Sales & Support Center) Front Line Representative supports the team in providing innovative solutions to meet or exceed customer expectations for our Commercial Buildings Services (CBS) performance unit. This role is responsible for establishing a working relationship with our customers by communicating via CRM support email, telephone, live chat, Teams and Outlook. This role reports to the CSSC Front Line Manager and operates out of our Brookshire, TX office on a hybrid basis.

**Your main responsibilities** :
+ Provide primary support for inquiries from internal and external customers for Grundfos extranet, SAP, Grundfos Product Center and other order support tools.
+ Primary contact to provide solutions for customer needs.
+ Responsible for contact with customers who have submitted requests or have a sales order at risk of being late.
+ Handling emails, chats and phone calls from customers.
+ Process complex orders to completion.
+ Handle and resolve escalated customer order complaints.
+ Responsible for resolving customer billing disputes (RMA, Credits etc.)
+ Responsible for department recording and collection of customer interaction details, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
+ Interacts with other functional departments when needed, including operations and logistics, to meet customer expectations.
