Summary/Objective
A Retail Keyholder is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating sales teams, executing business strategies and training new team members.
Essential Functions

Assist in managing store inventory.
Train new team members and provide continuing education for staff.
Execute promotional events that are retail store specific.

Protect and train team members to prevent loss.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Self motivated.
Ability to read and understand sales data.
Computer skills.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

Summary/Objective
As Retail KeyHolder, you will perform the duties of Retail Sales Associate: engage with customers, process payments, organize and stock the sales floor and provide an overall positive shopping experience to customers. In addition, you will perform opening and closing duties, ensuring that the store is ready to go for a timely opening and secure at the end of the business day. This is a full-time, hourly position. Additional duties may be assigned.
