The company culture.
I can't think of a single thing.
Employee owned company. We all share in the hard work, and in the profits.
They are always looking for ways to improve.
I can't think of a way. It's a great company culture.
Researched the company to know what I was coming in for. I still wasn't sure I would be a good fit, but once I talked with the team I really wanted the job!
I think the compensation package at GSL stands out above the average package. Being a part owner puts me in a much better place for retirement.
I have seen that we hire most people that apply as electricians. As far as I can see, a fair chance is given to anyone that wants to work hard and do what it takes to help the company grow.
The people that I work with are a big part of why I like to come to work. I love my job and enjoy what I do also.
