This role is crucial in providing exceptional service and support to Cash Management customers. This role will work with several business units across the bank to ensure that customer success is achieved. Business Development & Sales (80%) Proactively identify and cultivate new Cash Management sales opportunities with business clients. Develop and execute strategies to grow deposits and increase utilization of Cash Management products and services. Conduct needs assessments with prospects and clients to recommend tailored Cash Management solutions. Prepare and present Cash Management proposals, pricing, and service agreements. Lead Cash Management service implementations and ensure seamless onboarding for new clients. Provide in-depth training and ongoing consultation to clients on Cash Management products. Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging Cash Management technologies. Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value Cash Management clients, delivering a consultative approach. Engage in regular client outreach and relationship management to identify expansion opportunities. Collaborate with Cash Management and Operations teams to refine product offerings and optimize service delivery. Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and implementation timelines in the bank's CRM system. Host Cash Management education sessions, webinars, and events to increase awareness and adoption. Service & Compliance (10%) Work closely with Cash Management Support to ensure excellent customer service and issue resolution. Assist customers with existing Cash Management services, troubleshooting issues, and processing service modifications. Ensure all sales, implementations, and agreements comply with federal banking regulations, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, Community Reinvestment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Right to Financial Privacy Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and applicable Federal Reserve regulations. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, referrals, and product enrollments. Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to risk management policies. Ensure bank is in compliance with federal banking regulations including, but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, Community Reinvestment Act, American with Disabilities Act, Right to Financial Privacy Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, the Federal Reserve's “lettered” regulations, and Cash Management Specialist roles and responsibilities relating to each act. Customer Service (10%) Represent Guaranty Bank & Trust Company professionally, efficiently, and tactfully Acknowledge and greet customers with a smile, call customer by their name, ask if they need any additional assistance, thank customer at end of every conversation Ensure continuing development of professional relationships with management and colleagues. The Universal Banker is “Guaranty Bank” to retail customers. In addition to performing a variety of tasks associated with transacting customer requests and verifying the completeness of retail banking transactions, the Universal Banker is in the prime position to develop new business opportunities with current and potential customers. Answer and assist incoming callers with questions and requests; route callers appropriately. Receive incoming bank visitors and assist in directing them appropriately. Branch Operations/Ownership (20%) Record all transactions promptly, accurately, and in compliance with bank procedures. Balance and replenish cash in ATM. Weekly cash ordering. Balance drawer daily, investigate and resolves out-of-balance conditions. Sell prepaid travel and gift cards. Maintain log and inventory. Buy and sell currency from the vault as necessary, ensuring that teller drawer cash limits are not exceeded. Maintain appropriate currency logs, maintain target cash daily, balance Vault daily. Sort and distribute work from other offices, process mail and night depository transactions. Operate computer, telephone, copier, and other bank equipment. Ensure bank is in compliance with federal banking regulations including, but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, Community Reinvestment Act, American with Disabilities Act, Right to Financial Privacy Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, the Federal Reserve's “lettered” regulations, and Universal Banker roles and responsibilities relating to each act.
