MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all maintenance operations of the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, personnel management, compliance with safety standards, and customer service. Position: Maintenance Technician Location: The Estates at Fernview & Sister Property - Cincinnati, OH Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with an on-call rotation every fifth week Pay Rate: $25-$27/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus on-call bonuses, commissions, and incentives Make an Impact This role supports two Towne communities, working two days per week at The Estates at Fernview and the remaining days at a sister property. You'll be part of a collaborative maintenance team focused on keeping both properties safe, functional, and beautifully maintained.
