Pros of working at Guardian Protection

supervisor easy to get along with.. my current position Monday thru Friday weekends and Holidays off hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Cons of working at Guardian Protection

was only given one company shirt, and I had to purchase all uniforms and all my equipment, and had to find my own relief officer in case of an emergency or needing a day off. No benefits what so ever... And the pay.

Pros of working at Guardian Protection

Only that it's close to my home.

Cons of working at Guardian Protection

I should accepted it as a red flag when other long time employees told me how nasty my manager had been to previous employees and how you need to stay on his good side. I've personally watched him chew through 4-5 people during my tenure. I've similar situations from other people in other departments. Looking to get out as soon as possible.
