Fran Horowitz-Bonadies is an American businesswoman. She is the CEO of Abercrombie & Fitch Co., a position she has held since her appointment in February, 2017 following the ouster of Mike Jeffries.

Mr. Baxter was most recently Chief Executive Officer of Delta Galil Premium Brands, a group of specialty retail apparel brands. Prior to that, he spent 26 years with Macy’s, Inc. and the former May Department Stores in various roles, most recently as Macy’s Chief Merchandising Officer.

Patrice Louvet (born 1964) is a French American business executive. The CEO and president of the Ralph Lauren Corporation since July 17, 2017, he began his career at Procter & Gamble (P&G) in 1989, where he held numerous executive roles across Northeast Asia, North America and Europe. In 2015 he became group president of P&G's global beauty and hair care units, a role he held until June 30, 2017. He currently serves on the board of Bacardi Limited.

Edward Rosenfeld has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Steven Madden, Ltd. since August 2008. Mr. Rosenfeld previously served as interim Chief Executive Officer and, prior to that, as Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning and Finance of Steve Madden. He joined Steve Madden in May 2005 and has served as a member of the Board of Directors since February 2008. Prior to joining Steve Madden, Mr. Rosenfeld was a Vice President in the mergers and acquisitions group at Peter J. Solomon Company, an investment banking boutique where he focused on the retail and apparel industries. Mr. Rosenfeld is also a member of the Board of Directors of Summer Search New York City.

Speltz holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from College of the Holy Cross.

Previously, he was Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of ANN, Inc. from December 2012 until August 2015. From 2007 to 2012, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of ANN, Inc. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Limited Brands, Inc. holding various executive positions including Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Victoria’s Secret Beauty Company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Nicholson held senior positions at Colgate Palmolive and Altria Group, Inc.
