Trains new part-time employees on work procedures, software and practices.
Anticipating and addressing guests' needs and resolving their problems and complaints appropriately, calmly and in a timely manner.
Collaborating and communicating with other internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Comply with City of Westerville procedures and safety policies.
Be responsible for registering and receiving payments from guests, for programs, activities, passes and daily admissions. Balancing cash drawer at the end of the shift following money handling procedures set by the department.
Make sure that the guests remain satisfied and content with the services that are being offered, take feedback from the guests as to how services can be improved.
Process credits, refunds and transfers for programs, activities and pass registrations.

SUMMARY
Guest Services Staff will act as the primary provider of direct services to guests when they are in a venue. They are responsible for providing a safe environment for all guests beginning the moment they enter the facility. Act as a member of the emergency evacuation team by communicating with and directing guests during a facility emergency.
Monitor venue during guest arrival and exit to comply with fire department safety regulations.

* Premium Seating/Suite Experience: Assists guests with access to Suites, explain various feature of the suites, Monitoring for housekeeping needs in guest facing areas (popcorn spill, restroom cleanliness, etc.), attend to the sensory/nursing mothers' space, manage club access (wristbanding, checking tickets, etc.), maintain the highest level of professionalism and building/retention of positive client relationships with suite holders and club attendees, and other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent.
* Valid State of Ohio identification and valid email address.
* Must have availability from 5:00pm - 12:00am Monday - Friday, unlimited availability on weekends, as well as a committed availability for all Cavaliers Basketball home and playoffs games.
* Expect to work nights, weekends, and holidays as the Arena event schedule determines.
* Ability to navigate/willingness to learn technology such as computers, radios, iPads, and cell phones.

Guest Services Ambassadors (Part-Time) are responsible for all event-relatedGuest Experience duties at Rocket Arena. This is a part-time, year-round position that supports approximately 200 + events a year. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, interacting with Arena Team Members, guests, external vendors, contractors, and visitors. Positions within the Guest Services Team include Ticket Takers, Seating (ushers), GuestRelations, and Premium Seating/Suite Services.
