Know the property's emergency procedures and respond to any/all emergency situations (police, fire, emergency responder, weather, building - electrical outage, water line breaks, etc.) in a timely manner.
Assist other associates in completing their respective duties, as necessary, to achieve guest ready rooms, public areas and outstanding customer service.
Clean and maintain lobby area, entrance doors, sidewalks, and emergency exit.
Work in laundry room area loading and unloading washers and dryers and folding linens.
Wear appropriate attire per the dress code.
Notify GM or Maintenance Support of any needed repairs.
May serve as Manager-on-Duty in GM and AGM absence.
May be asked to stay on site in the event of a catastrophe.

The GuestService Agent provides reception services for guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out.
Summary of Responsibilities:
As a GuestService Agent, you will serve on the Front Office Team which collectively upholds the Hilton standards in providing an exceptional experience for our guests throughout their stay. Here are the key responsibilities you will be performing:
Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check in/out, and complete audit procedures, as required
Ensure that the GuestService Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments
Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
Attend appropriate training, when required, and assist with the Night Team's training and development efforts
Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties
Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
Use the correct procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems
Follow company brand standards and conduct audits as required
Assist other departments, as necessary

Professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guestservice

Competent level of IT proficiency
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Previous experience in cash handling
Front Office/Concierge experience in the hotel, leisure, and/or entertainment sectors
Conflict resolution experience

We are seeking a part time Front Desk Agent to work our Night Audit position and to help lead and deliver a quality customer experience in Lexington's Medical Center Hampton Inn.The Front Desk Agent will have the following responsibilities:
Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key.
Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges.
Answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.
