Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and instruct others, train personnel, write reports, and speak clearly to customers and employees. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently with little to no supervision. Cash handling experience preferred. High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy. Prior Customer Service experience. Microsoft Office and Excel skills. Salesforce experience preferred.
