Transfers calls to the appropriate person and/or department. Maintains a working knowledge of all aspects and functions of Europa Village, including current and upcoming special events, to accurately inform guests. Able to assist in making reservations for hotel stays and restaurant dining. Performs clerical duties, such as typing, copying, and scanning documents. Effectively resolves minor guest conflicts/complaints calmly and effectively. Notifies management of any issues that cannot be resolved easily and swiftly. Other duties that may be assigned.
