Maintain crowd control, especially during high-traffic times, and direct guests to their seats. Inspect areas for safety hazards and report concerns to the supervisor. Monitor alcohol consumption, report intoxicated or disruptive guests, and follow T.E.A.M. (Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management) guidelines. Help guests with ticket issues by directing them to the Guest Experience Center. Walk through seating areas to monitor guest safety, including responding to potential injuries or altercations.
