Guest Service Specialists are responsible for delivering guests with front desk services. Their duties include welcoming guests during arrival, managing to check in and check out procedures, assigning rooms to guests, process payments, delivering messages, and providing information to guests such as tourist locations, restaurant recommendations, and transport logistics.
