Job Description:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Determine staffing requirements
Hire and train new staff
Supervise direct reporting staff according to overall company policy
Set employee goals and objectives
Develop the Boating is Fun lesson plans and staff training
Provide personal guidance to campers, counselors by leading by example, leadership and compassion.
Be involved with all camp activities and meetings
Be alert to the health and safety of all campers and staff
Answer camp emails, phones and other questions as directed
Maintain positive relationships with parents making an effort to communicated with them multiple times during the week
Operating a motor boat and using rental equipment
Other duties as required by your Manager and Assistant Manager
SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
Proficient in relevant software applications
Customer Service skills
Intermediate knowledge of boating such as kayaking, canoeing, etc.
2 weeks of full time administrative experience in an organized camp or related program
Must be at least 21 years of age
8 weeks of full time experience working with 6-15 year olds
USSailing, ACA Certifications preferred.
Basic proficiency in speaking Spanish preferred.
WSI Instructor or Lifeguard trainer preferred
CPR/First Aid Trainer preferred

Core One is seeking a Software Engineer to assist in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality web and mobile applications. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to architect, build, and continuously improve robust, scalable, and secure systems. The ideal candidate demonstrates expertise in modern development frameworks and tools, and brings a proactive approach to enhancing system performance, availability, and scalability.
Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain web-based applications to facilitate operational infrastructure needs.
* Design and develop software tools to automate processes in security, network administration, and field IT operations.
* Assist with network administration and field IT setup and support for active site operations.
* Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to understand requirements and implement effective, scalable solutions.
* Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and security.
* Document software development processes, code changes, and troubleshooting techniques for organizational knowledge sharing.
* Implement version control practices to manage and track code changes effectively.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field OR 10+ additional years relevant experience in lieu of education.
* 5+ years relevant software development experience.

* Proficient with Linux and shell scripting.
* Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
* Broad experience designing, programming, and implementing large information systems.
Desired Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
* Advanced AWS certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect - Associate or AWS DevOps Engineer - Professional.
* Experience with air-gapped, isolated, or closed network environments in secure settings.

Job Description:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Anticipate customer's needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency. Fill drink and food orders either taken directly from patrons at the bar or through servers.
Pour, mix, and serve drinks following standard recipes.
Maintain the liquor, garnishes, glassware and other supplies or inventory for the bar.
Take payment from customers.
Check identification of customers who order alcoholic beverages.
Clean all bar equipment, tools, and supplies. Ensure equipment is in good working order.
Maintain awareness of safety issues, and report them immediately to your manager.
SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
Mathematic Skills.
Excellent sanitation habits.
Professional appearance.
Ability to communicate and attend to guests with the highest standard of service.
Ability to pass cash handling and TIPS training.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly frequent movements from place to place within the unit. Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.
Lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 10 lbs. regularly, 10-15 lbs. frequently, and up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
Ability to stand for the entire work day.
Withstanding temperature extremes in freezer, refrigerator walk-in and grill areas.
Reading and writing work-related documents in English.
Speech recognition and clarity, including the ability to understand the speech of customers and co-workers and the ability to speak clearly so that you can be understood by customers and co-workers in English.
Constantly communicates and receives verbal communication with other employees in fast-paced unit.
Physical attendance in unit to perform duties.
Must be at least 21 years of age, as required by law.
