The full salary range for all current employees in this pay schedule is $61,538 to $98,462. However, it is important to understand that the actual starting salary for a new hire into this position will be determined based on many factors including the breadth and depth of the knowledge, skills, education and experiences brought by the candidate. Qualifications Licensed as either a therapist, educator, nurse, social worker, counselor, etc. Degree in one of the therapy fields, special education, counseling, social work, or nursing, or related field. Minimum two years' experience in the direct supervision of employees preferred. Minimum one year experience providing or overseeing direct therapeutic interventions to individuals with complex needs. Training or experience in intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities and appropriate treatment techniques preferred.
