Position Summary
We are seeking a Manager to lead client engagements focused on Revenue Integrity, charge capture, charge reconciliation, and Epic EHR optimization. The Manager will leverage a data-driven approach to evaluate the full spectrum of a client's revenue integrity operations - identifying trends, benchmarking performance, and isolating root causes of revenue leakage or inefficiency.
Using these insights, the Manager will design and oversee implementation of comprehensive recommendations that may address people, process, and technology improvements. This may include redefining governance structures, enhancing staff roles and training, streamlining charge workflows, or optimizing Epic system functionality. The Manager will ensure that recommendations are both strategic and practical, aligning operational execution with organizational objectives and measurable outcomes across both hospital and professional charging environments.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of revenue cycle management experience, focused on optimization and performance improvement
5+ years of management consulting/consulting like, professional services, and/or project management experience
Demonstrated ability to present to large groups, both externally and within the practice
Proven success in driving operational process improvement and change management for revenue cycle optimization projects within hospitals and/or health systems
Intermediate to advanced data manipulation and analytical skills using Excel

The annual salary range for this position is $102,000.00-$170,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $105,000 - $130,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $117,600 - $153,400. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.

Source-of-truth design

Identify data quality issues early and propose evidence-based remediation.
Testing, Validation, and Quality Assurance
Define comprehensive testing strategies for regulatory reporting, including:
End-to-end validation

Oversee defect management, triage, impact assessment, and root-cause remediation.
Ensure clients have pre-go-live controls, audits, and monitoring mechanisms to prevent compliance failures.
Go-Live & Stabilization
Provide surge on-the-ground support during cutover, command center activities, and early stabilization.
Build early detection dashboards for data quality risks and missing data patterns.

Contribute to Guidehouse's Oracle Health / EHR Center of Excellence through:

What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years leadership experience in regulatory/quality reporting, healthcare analytics, clinical quality, or compliance.
5+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Health Millennium (or legacy Cerner Millennium) data structures, reporting logic, and/or clinical documentation frameworks.
Demonstrated experience leading regulatory or quality reporting workstreams during major EHR implementations, conversions, or reporting infrastructure overhauls.
Deep knowledge of CMS reporting programs (IQR/OQR, Promoting Interoperability, MIPS), public health reporting, and state/federal registry requirements.
Strong understanding of clinical operations and documentation workflows and how they translate into reporting logic and data quality.
