Organize daily workload based on priorities, rotation schedule and needs of the laboratory and patients. The selected candidate will become a member of the team which develops the platform for banking. What you'll do in the role: • Design, architecture and development of multi-tiered Java EE-style applications • Contribute towards UI development using Angular/React, web protocols and standards, and associated UI development tools • Code development across Agile practices and methodologies, facilitiate between business and technology • Take complete ownership for the specified business feature from requirements analysis to implementation in the PROD environment • Candidate will interface on a regular basis with other teams including other internal IT teams across Wealth Management, BA team, QA team, and global development team • Role will require the individual to understand the banking technology landscape, and to offer creative solutions that integrate current capabilities, vendor capabilities, proprietary system builds, and the ability to adapt to changing business requirements. • Contribute to high level and low-level application design, development and testing • Work within an Agile team, participating in ceremonies related to the Agile framework What you'll bring to the role: • 5+ years of hands-on experience in java/j2ee and related technologies • Candidate must have hands-on development experience in core Java, and Java 8, Spring, Spring Boot and relational databases • Experience in integrating and working in a JAVA full stack environment • Awareness of messaging technologies such as Kafka and MQ • Strong Linux background • Ability to learn new concepts and technologies, and implement them to solve business problems • Exposure to JIRA or other ALM tools to create a productive, high quality development environment • Previous experience in working with global teams • Good verbal and written communication skills • Experience with requirements of large enterprise applications (security, entitlements, etc.) • Proficient in Agile development methodologies & understanding of DevOps Integration Skills Desired: • Knowledge of UI technologies such as Angular • Knowledge / Experience of DevOps / SRE practices • Prior experience with public cloud providers such as Azure • Financial markets, payment solutions or Wealth Management previous experience Educational Qualification: • Minimum BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
