Thomas J. McInerney has been their President and Chief Executive Officer and a director since January 2013. Before joining their company, Mr. McInerney had served as a Senior Advisor to the Boston Consulting Group from June 2011 to December 2012, providing consulting and advisory services to leading insurance and financial services companies in the United States and Canada. From October 2009 to December 2010, Mr. McInerney was a member of ING Groep’s Management Board for Insurance, where he was the Chief Operating Officer of ING’s insurance and investment management business worldwide. Prior to that, he served in a variety of senior roles with ING Groep NV after serving in many leadership positions with Aetna, where he began his career as an insurance underwriter in June 1978. Mr. McInerney is a member of the Board of the American Council of Life Insurers, and the Financial Services Roundtable. Stephen Steinour is the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Huntington Bancshares Incorporated (since 2009), a $64 billion regional bank holding company. Previously, he was the Chairman and Managing Partner of CrossHarbor Capital Partners, a private equity firm (2008-January 2009). From 2006 to 2008, he was President and CEO of Citizens Financial Group, Inc., a multistate commercial bank holding company. Prior to that, Mr. Steinour served as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Citizens Mid-States regional banking (2005-2006). He served as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Citizens Mid-Atlantic Region (2001-2005). At the beginning of his career, Mr. Steinour was an analyst for the U.S. Treasury Department and subsequently worked for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Mr. Steinour was a member of the board of trustees of the Liberty Property Trust (an office and industrial property real estate investment trust) from February 2010 until May 2014, where he served on its audit and compensation committees. Mr. Steinour has served on the board of directors of L Brands (fashion retailer) since 2014. He was elected to The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Board in November 2013. Mr. Steinour is a member of council of The Pennsylvania Society, a non-profit, charitable organization which celebrates service to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He also serves as a trustee of the Eisenhower Fellowships and is a member of the Columbus Partnership and a trustee of the Columbus Downtown Development Corporation. He is a member of the American Bankers Association. Mr. Steinour also served as a member on the policy and legal affairs committees of the Pennsylvania Business Roundtable, an association of CEOs in large Pennsylvania companies representing significant employment and economic activity in the Commonwealth. He also has served on the board of and as the chairman of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.​

Glenn is a strategic business / real estate lawyer and founding member of Williams, Graffeo & Stern, LLC. Previously, Glenn served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel to a global technology and communications company where he was instrumental in growing the company, which went public, established strategic alliances with industry notables Yahoo, Microsoft, AT&T, AOL, LG and Cisco, and raised $2 billion in capital in a series of public and private transactions before successfully going private via a merger transaction. He was responsible for the company's legal, human resources and real estate departments. Glenn previously served as Associate General Counsel to its affiliated parent company, a multifaceted global communications and entertainment company. Glenn has also held senior positions in commercial real estate involving consulting and brokerage services and with owner/operator/developers of franchised hotels, restaurants, and large-scale shopping centers, where he contributed to the successful expansion of real estate holdings and commercial operations via business and real estate acquisitions and development. Prior to going in house, Glenn represented the New Jersey Sports & Exposition Authority and Warren County Community College as outside general counsel. He was involved in a number of deals involving professional sports franchises Giants, Jets, Nets and Devils and sponsors Phillip Morris, Anheuser Busch and Coca-Cola, as well as the naming of Continental Airlines Arena, one of the first naming rights deals of the time, the expansion of Giants Stadium and development of the first college campus for Warren County Community College.Prior to becoming a lawyer, Glenn led business development for a commercial contracting firm where he was responsible for projects such as the Bridgewater Commons Mall, Morristown Memorial Hospital and Federal Express.Specialties: Business & Corporate Law, Real Estate

John J. Marchioni has served as President and Chief Operating Officer since September 2013, with oversight for Selective’s insurance operations, information technology, human resources and actuarial. Mr. Marchioni joined Selective in 1998 as a Government Affairs Specialist. In 2000 he was promoted to Assistant Vice President in Government Affairs, and in 2003 to Vice President, Director of Government Affairs. He was appointed Vice President and Strategic Business Unit Leader in 2004, and Senior Vice President, Director of Personal Lines and Flood in 2005. Mr. Marchioni was promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Field Operations Officer in October 2007. Before coming to Selective, he was Vice President of Government Relations for the Commerce & Industry Association of New Jersey.

Ronald \'Ron\' Kruszewski is a Chairman and CEO at Stifel Financial Corp and is based in St. Louis, Missouri. He attended Indiana University Bloomington between 1977 and 1981 and Indiana University Bloomington between 1997 and 2001.

Previously, Mr. Roche served in a variety of underwriting and management positions at Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company and Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company.

Mr. Gary Lee Coleman has been the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Torchmark Corporation since June 1, 2012 and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since September 1999 until May 2012. Mr. Coleman is also a member of the Board of Directors, Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation. Mr. Coleman served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Torchmark Corporation until February 20, 2007. He served as a Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Torchmark Corporation July 1994 to September 1999. He has been the Co-Chairman of the Board at Torchmark Corporation since April 2014. He has been a Director of Torchmark Corp. since August 2012. He holds a B.B.A from the University of Texas. Mr. Coleman's 43 years of experience, which includes seven years at KPMG where he primarily served insurance clients and 33 years in various accounting, financial and investment positions at the Company and its subsidiaries, including service as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company for 13 years, provides the Board with financial and operating perspectives from both management and independent accounting.
