Responsibilities:
Serve as the dedicated Account Manager for a specified Account Executive, helping this individual maintain and grow their specific business within their accounts.
Day to day responsibilities to include:
Respond to Customer inquiries in a timely fashion and move to resolution
Serve as a liaison between Customers, Vendors, and GuidePoint resources for this specified AE
Develop and retain Product and Industry knowledge, Vendor Resources, and GuidePoint Security Service offerings
Develop and maintain relationship with GuidePoint key Vendors and Account Executive's Customers
Leverage Vendor resources and relationships to bring value to Customers
Improve more frequent calls and higher touch for AE's customer base
Manage open opportunities in existing accounts with guidance from AE
Identify whitespace opportunities with customers and vendors
Represent GPS AE at customer meetings as needed
With AE guidance, close renewal, upsell and net new sales cycles
Proactive support for upcoming renewals, identifying upsell and proactive support for existing business
Collaborate on promoting marketing communication to account base with targeted follow up
Focus on driving and selling GPS Professional Services Engagements across targeted account base
Assist AE in forecast management and internal strategic reporting
If required should have ability to leverage salesforce.com to generate quotes, track open opportunities and renewal opportunities
All other duties as assigned
Experience Requirements:
Proven success in Inside Sales
Cyber Security experience required

The Federal Inside Sales Representative serves as a key support role within the sales organization, responsible for managing and expanding customer and partner relationships, supporting account executives, and driving sales initiatives across federal accounts. Role and responsibilities:

A Cybersecurity Data Analysis Specialist is part of a team of skilled Cybersecurity professionals that support the design, build, and sustainment of the organizations Enterprise Audit capability. Cybersecurity Data Analysis Specialist interact daily with a wide variety of industry leading audit technologies including, but not limited to, enterprise Security Information Events Management capability, long-term analytics platform, and log aggregation platform. Cybersecurity Data Analysis Specialist provide support to fellow stakeholders when on-boarding new and existing Information Technology resources into the organizations Enterprise Audit capability and maintain all production Enterprise Audit solutions that are servicing the organization. When required, Cybersecurity Data Analysis Specialist support fellow stakeholders in resolving operational audit issues.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of Elastic SIEM and security technologies
* Related technical experience in security technologies such as Splunk, ArcSight and/or Kibana
* TS/SCI Clearance (MUST have at least a TOP SECRET for consideration)
* DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification. (security+ minimum to start)

SAIC is looking for a **Strategic Communications and Engagements Advisor** to work with a diverse team of Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) operations staff and interagency partners to provide support to dynamic, global intelligence operations for the Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA) National Digital Exploitation & OSINT Center (NDOC). This position is located in Reston, VA.
The position requires excellent written and verbal communication, analytic, research, and problem-solving skills coupled with ability to operate in diverse, evolving, and high-profile environments supporting national security, strategic, and organizational goals.
**Job Duties** :
Advise and support the NDOC staff on OSINT policies, communication and engagements to advance DIA's joint, interagency, intergovernmental, and multinational (JIIM) coordination, strategy, policy, and doctrinal development collaborating with the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of War/Department of Defense (DoD/DoW), Combatant Commands (CCMD), and military service branches.
Perform research, data aggregation and information analysis, prepare documents and presentations, and coordinate project-related activities to enable and enhance DIA and NDOC OSINT policy development and collaboration with IC stakeholders.
Participate and actively engage in focus groups, supporting NDOC in the execution of DoW/DoD OSINT Board of Governors, Defense Open Source Council (DOSC) associated subcommittees, offsite meetings, and other OSINT-related activities as required.
Support and advise on the advancement of key OSINT and information sharing projects to ensure proper coordination and communication in a timely and effective manner across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE).
Support the Program Manager with communication and engagement initiatives, tracking deliverables, monitoring progress across multiple projects, and ensuring alignment and coordination across cross-functional teams and the DIE.
**Qualifications**
**Required Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelors and fifteen (15) years of experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree
**Required Security Clearance:**
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen with an Active Top Secret SCI Clearance
+ Must have the ability to pass a counter-intelligence polygraph (PR within 6 years)
**Additional Requirements:**
+ Nine years or more experience conducting communications and engagements preferably related to OSINT, national or defense intelligence, federal law enforcement, or similar professions
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
+ Ability to execute multiple tasks and ongoing projects while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, and procedures
+ Ability to analyze complex information and articulate clear understanding and guidance
+ Adapt to a variety of audiences, environments and stakeholders needs
+ Proficiency with relevant technologies
+ Willing to work outside normal business hours in exigent circumstances (this position is not shift work)
+ Willing to travel up to 25%
