Job Description:The Operations Specialist (Ops Specialist) is responsible for coordinating the licensing, asset management, and QA processes of GuideStar clinical staff. This position is also responsible for troubleshooting IT issues, managing projects, and providing operational support to onsite and offsite staff. In addition, the Ops Specialist maintains and creates operational standards, organizes records, and other duties as assigned.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
What you will do:
The Operations Specialist agrees to work as reasonably scheduled by Company.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with all onsite and offsite employees, vendors, and client facilities, including providing guidance on operational processes to offsite clinical staff.
Assist in creating and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency and efficiency of operations.
Coordinate and manage the completion of weekly and monthly collaborative agreement QA reviews, including maintaining their organized historical record.
Assist in optimizing asset tracking and resource management of Company IT hardware and vehicles.
Collaborate with various teams to organize and maintain internal electronic records and files to support and ensure efficiency in operational processes.
Assist in troubleshooting a range of IT issues (MS Office suite, EMR systems, Apple products, etc.) with offsite & onsite employees and managing the workflow of support tickets to the IT helpdesk.
Coordinate, manage, and track progress of project activities to ensure timely completion.
Analyze operational data and provide insights for decision-making and further efficiency.
Collaborate with President & COO and entire Ops team on special projects.
Perform other duties as required.

Final compensation and benefits will be confirmed at the time of offer and may vary based on factors such as internal equity, relevant experience, qualifications, and employment status. Please note that salary negotiations will not extend beyond the top of the internal salary range.

We offer a healthcare plan through Cigna that includes medical, dental, vision, and prescription drugs. USGBC covers 100% of the premiums and an HRA that will assist you and your dependents in reaching the in-network medical deductible. You will only be responsible for the $300 individual / $600 family up front deductible for medical services before the employer funded HRA will process payments for your in-network claims
Generous paid time off (12 paid holidays, 9 paid personal sick days and based on career level either 2 to 3 weeks PTO), including operations closed for a full week between Christmas and New Year's

LOGISTICS
Location: This position is remote in U.S.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM in the candidate's local time zone. Preference is given to candidates in the Eastern time zone, though others will be considered. Occasional weekend availability may be required to support critical deployments or resolve urgent production issues.,
Travel %: Minimal; occasional travel may be required for onsite workshops, team meetings, or conferences

Your new role As a Clinical Psychologist with GuideStar Eldercare, you will join in our efforts to provide neuro-behavioral health services to residents in long term care facilities. Using a multi-disciplinary approach, you will partner with specialty clinicians to provide holistic, continuity of care for the elderly afflicted with neurocognitive disorders like dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other neurologic and/or psychiatric diagnoses. What you'll do- Provide evaluation- Establish different diagnosis, i.e., Alzheimer's vs. Parkinson's vs. Vascular- Provide cognitive assessments- Provide condition-specific support therapy or when indicated, insight-based therapy- Coordinate the patient's care plan with the facility, PCP and GuideStar colleagues, and engage with the family as indicated.
What you'll need to succeed An active state Psychologist license, passion for the geriatric population, interest in neurobehavioral science, and a desire to make a difference in a population struggling with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other neurodegenerative disorders. An HSPP is preferred in applicable states.
