Mike Rosenbaum serves as Guidewire’s Chief Executive Officer and has overall responsibility for the company’s global strategy, organization, culture, and operations.

Prior to Guidewire, Mike was part of the team at Salesforce for almost 14 years where he held several leadership positions and drove many of Salesforce’s most notable product achievements. Most recently, Mike served as EVP Product, leading the product management and go to market strategy for Salesforce’s core CRM product lines Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce’s Platform business, and led the launch of Salesforce Lightning, a next generation user experience framework. Prior to that, Mike led Salesforce’s Platform organization and the AppExchange ecosystem.

Prior to Salesforce, he held various technology and marketing roles at Siebel Systems and spent five years serving in the U.S. Navy as a submarine officer onboard the USS Nevada.

Mike is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering and The Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley where he earned an MBA. He is passionate about building great teams and delivering innovative products and platforms that deliver value for customers, partners and shareholders.

Jeff Cooper joined Guidewire in 2017 as VP Finance and has overall responsibility for FP&A, Investor Relations, Facilities, and Procurement. From 2016 to 2017, he served as Chief Financial Officer at GoodData, a cloud-based data and analytics platform company. From 2013 to 2016, he was VP Finance at Rally Software, a publicly traded, cloud-based application lifecycle management software company that was acquired by CA Technologies in 2015. Previously, he was an investment banker focused on the software industry at Deutsche Bank Securities. Jeff holds an MBA degree from the London Business School and an A.B. from Princeton University.

Winston King is responsible for Guidewire’s worldwide administrative functions, including human resources, legal, recruiting, business technology, and corporate services, while also serving as Guidewire’s General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to Guidewire, Winston served as EVP, General Counsel, and Secretary at Infogroup Inc., a marketing data, services, and research firm. Previously, he was with WilmerHale, an international law firm, where he worked primarily in the corporate, M&A, and securities enforcement areas. Winston served as a clerk to Judge Bruce Selya on the U.S. First Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a graduate of the Vanderbilt University School of Law and earned an economics degree with honors from Duke University.
