I joined Guild in 1985 and I am responsible for the financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, warehouse lending and human resource functions. I also evaluate potential acquisition candidates, including transaction structures, and integration team management. Over the years I have performed system innovations and conversions related to my areas of responsibility as well as developing value-added branch and company metrics and designing a proprietary MSR valuation and impairment model. I have served on the Board of Directors for Guild since 1996. I also helped establish The Guild Giving Foundation. The charity was formed to encourage employee volunteerism, support financial literacy & provide shelter for those in need.I am a graduate of the University of San Diego 1984 BA Accounting, Certified Public Accountant candidate (CPA) 1989, Certified Financial Professional (CFP) 1992, Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) 2005, Mortgage Bankers Association Financial Management Committee Chair 2013-14, and member of the Board of Governors-CMBA 2011 to present, and was named 2015 CFO of the Year, San Diego Business Journal.At Guild, our passion for home and community extends to our charitable giving.

David Neylan is an Exec VP/COO at Guild Mortgage. He has worked as Senior VP:Bus Dev at Guild Mortgage and Regional Manager at CMG Mortgage Inc. David works or has worked as MEMBER at California Mortgage Bankers Association. He attended University of Southern California.

Lisa Klika is a Senior VP/CCO/Secretary at Guild Mortgage and Compliance Analyst at Guild Mortgage and is based in Greater San Diego Area. She has worked as Vice President at Guild Mortgage. Lisa studied at OREGON STATE UNIVERSITY between 1996 and 2000 and University of San Diego between 2015 and 2017.
