The Role We Want You For
The Recruiting Admin Intern, will learn to support, coordinate and use effective application of practices in the Recruiting department, taking on a significant role in onboarding and orientating our new employees. This may include but not limited to scheduling, interviewing, placing advertisements, and networking. The Recruiting Admin Intern will write offer letters and s, assist in meeting preparation, arrange complex travel arrangements, conduct reference checks, manage the recruiting database, support the college recruiting program, organize the shared drive, and more. As the Recruiting Admin Intern, you would be essential personnel within the company that often serves as the first contact for potential employees.

The Tepa Companies are seeking a Welding Apprentice who will Perform welding tasks under supervision on piping and plate within petroleum operations facilities. In addition to welding, the successful candidate must be able to assist in tasks related to welding such as fit‐up, preparation, repair, inspection, and post weld preparation. As required, the Apprentice Welder will also be tasked to assist with general site work such as loading and unloading equipment and materials, site clean‐up and preparation, mobilization, and demobilization to and from the jobsite, scaffolding erection, general tank construction tasks and other duties as assigned.
This role is intended for May 2026 college graduates who majored in an applicable field. This is an entry-level position that does not require previous experience but does require completed education in the particular discipline.

Follow welding procedure specifications when welding
Train and assist with performing quality welds able to pass radiographic examination

Qualifications:
Current enrollment in an undergraduate program in a four-year academic institution majoring in Risk Management & Insurance

Welder - Structural This person must be able to join steel components or metal plates using blueprints, work orders, welding procedures or oral instructions through the application of heat or electric arc-welding equipment. Other duties may be assigned.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Uses Gas-Metal Arc, Flux-Cored Arc, Gas-Tungsten Arc, Submerged Arc or Shielded Metal Arc welding processes.
+ Unites pipes from torch to tanks of oxygen and fuel gas and turns valves to release mixture.
+ Reaching expected temperature, size, and color of flame by burning torch and adjusting flow of gas and air.
+ Preheats work pieces for the preparation of welding or curving, using torch.
+ Fills holes or corrects mistakes in lead pieces and makes bulges thin and curves in metal work pieces.
+ manually apply filler rod to supply weld metal. May clean or degrease weld joint or workplace, using wire brush, portable grinder, or chemical bath.
+ remove excess weld, defective weld material, slag and spatter, using carbon arc gouge, hand scrapper, grinder or power chipper.
+ Climbs up ladders or works on scaffolds to take apart textures.
+ In order to protect the torch chooses place of weld based on type, thickness, area, and expected temperature of metal.
+ Other duties as assigned.

Position Overview: Work alongside project engineers, managers, and superintendents to support day-to-day project operations.
Responsibilities:
Assis with project documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and daily reports.
Help track project schedules, budgets, and progress updates.
Support subcontractor coordination and communication.
Observe and assist with site management activities (quality control, safety walks, logistics, etc.,)
Participate in jobsite meetings and learn project workflows.
Review drawings and specifications to gain familiarity with design and construction processes.
Assist with procurement and quantity take-offs as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or any related field or experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.,)
Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on active construction sites.
