Position Summary: Commercial Account Manager As an Account Manager you will be responsible for generating new business and sales of high-end audio-visual system. You will collaborate with our engineers and other team members to ensure the seamless delivery of our systems to the clients and work on maintaining and expanding relationships with the clients of the organization by performing the following duties. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following: Business development, cold calling, Internet, and other ways to develop new business. Interfaces with the customer to understand the customer's overall needs, objectives, and requirements to identify solutions and business opportunities. Performs site visits to document field conditions (take pictures, verify room dimensions, check above the ceiling). Documents initial system descriptions and equipment lists submitting to engineers for finalization. Develops AV functional diagram sketch of major components. Generates proposals, which must include areas of concern, the scope of service, schedule, and payment terms. Submits sales order package, (PO, signed proposal, equipment, list, major contractors, and schedule) Attends project meetings as required. Manages and oversees proposal (content) and prepares orders as required. Develops and implements strategies to maintain and/or expand sales within an assigned territory. Forecasts the demand for the product(s) within the assigned territory. Serves as a point of escalation for issues or activities that the customer encounters during product utilization. Prepares and conducts technical/product presentations and demonstrations. Additional duties as assigned. Position Summary: Lead Commercial Installer The lead Installer report directly to the Production Manager but is responsible to the Project Managers on a daily activities basis. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing installation, startup and closeout of all jobs, assisting Project Managers in design, and other tasks as assigned by the Project Managers. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following: * Installs and pulls wire as per specifications * Installs and wires equipment used in systems * Tests all equipment after termination is made to ensure performance of system * Work in compliance with the Company's safety manual with safety of self and others in mind at all times * All paperwork is turned in on time and filled out completely (example: Redlines, vehicle log, time cards.) * Maintains Install Van and Van Stock. Keeps van clean and organized. * Daily communications with Project Manager on delays, requirements, and general status of jobs * Daily logbook is kept up to date with customer requests, worked performed each day, job numbers, dates and times and tasks assigned to apprentice's * Timebills are accurate in Q360, filled out completely on job proper job numbers, hours are correct. * Also responsible for apprentice's timecard accuracy. * Works with Project Manager to oversee the installation of multiple crews to ensure jobs are on track and within the estimate * Responsible for training apprentices on Company procedures, systems, and installation techniques * All work is performed to Company standards and quality installation techniques are practiced * All jobs are run within each phase's estimate (example: wire pull, mounting, etc.) * Work with Systems Engineers on startup to ensure complete system compliance * Works with Project Manager to ensure complete closeout and turnover of jobs to the client and service department * Additional duties as assigned.     About the Role As Loss Prevention Supervisor you will improve company profitability by executing company programs around external theft deterrence, internal investigations and operational shortage. You will increase associate awareness of shortage opportunities through training, lead and influence teams to reduce shortage and build partnerships with store and company leaders, law enforcement, and local network groups.
