WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Refugee Case Manager is a non-exempt position responsible for the provision of services to refugees and eligible clients that lead to their self-sufficiency and integration. The Refugee Case Manager will be responsible for the completion of enrollments, assessments, client eligibility determinations, service plans, and client data collection in order to help refugees and their families achieve success in their integration into life in the United States.
