You get to work as much overtime as you want

Cons of working at Gulf Coast Trade Center

Management sucks. Admin sucks. They will save they own before the safety and protection of staff and students. Staff is Gossipy.

Pros of working at Gulf Coast Trade Center

The students. They are in need of love and support and guidance. Some want change and it’s up to you as staff to teach them the way. You get three days on three days off. It’s a law enforcement job with biweekly pay. Benefits are great at full time.

What do you like best about Gulf Coast Trade Center's CEO and the leadership team?

Nothing.

How would you improve Gulf Coast Trade Center's culture?

The amount of support and time admin and some staff put forth in these students. Drug testing all students 1 a week.
