Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the following: Other duties may be assigned.
Paint, stain, enamel, or other finishes to equipment, interior or exterior of ships, marina buildings, or other structures, using brushes, spray guns, or rollers.
Prepare wood, fiberglass, and metal surfaces for painting by removing old finishes, grease, rust, scale, and dirt by stripping, sanding, wire brushing, burning, or using water or abrasive blasting.
Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape and paper to protect surfaces during painting.
Smooth surfaces, using sandpaper, scrapers, brushes, steel wool, or sanding machines.
Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces, such as bare wood or metal, for finish coats per specifications.
Cut stencils and brush or spray lettering on surfaces.
Fill cracks, holes, or joints with caulk, putty, plaster, wood, or other fillers, using caulking guns or putty knives.
Wash and treat surfaces with oil, turpentine, mildew remover, or other preparations, and sand rough spots to ensure that finishes will adhere properly.
May be required to remove fixtures such, doorknobs, lamps, or electric switch covers prior to painting.
Required Education & Experience:
High School Diploma and/or one year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
Industrial and/or marine painting experience preferred:
· 1st Class: Minimum of 3 years
· 2nd Class: Minimum of 1-3 years
Working Conditions:
Some climbing (100 feet) and lifting (50 lbs.) involved.
Traverse gangways and scaffolding at varying heights while wearing fall prevention equipment.
Working with hot and sometimes hazardous materials.
Aboard ships, both on and offshore as well as confined spaces.
Must be able to stand and operate equipment up to four continuous hours.

Process customer billings using the Prime ERP system and Microsoft Excel to prepare billings and research billing issues. File the customer billing along with appropriate backup in SharePoint & Prime ERP system.
Process revenue for month end and document revenue calculations.
Communicate with billing manager / accounting managers/Project Management and others.
Contact customers for collection of outstanding invoices and assist with customer questions.
Attend the weekly collections meeting to update management on the status of unpaid invoices.
Prepare and update Project Cash Flow forecasts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience:
High school education or equivalent
Some college courses in business, Accounting or Finance preferred.
Five years of billing, accounting or equivalent experience required.
Billing or accounting experience in an environment that uses Job Cost Accounting preferred.
Computer literate, including advanced skills using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with accounting software.
Working Conditions:
Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer, and to attend meetings at various sites.
Mobility to climb up and down stairs all day, as needed.
Health, transportation, and family arrangements to attend work every weekday from 8 am to 5 pm and work on the weekends, as needed.
Strength to lift and carry materials weighing up to twenty (20) pounds.
Vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, including the ability to look at a computer screen for at least eight hours each day.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive requests and review work scope, work items, specifications, and drawings to develop original bid.
Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
Revise original bids by incorporating bid and drawing revisions.
Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or production foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors.
Review material and labor requirements to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase components.
Confer with engineers, project managers, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
Request Cash Flow Analysis when required.
Submit final original bid for Bid Review.
Submit final original bid to customer.
Review any submitted changes to original work scope of prepared bids or ongoing jobs. Incorporate into the estimate and provide details to the scheduler.
Upon Completion of Project, Review M/H and cost performance. Update current bidding standards when a trend is developing.
Discuss with the Project Manager the effectiveness and accuracy of the estimate.
Conduct special studies to develop and establish Estimating Standards relative to cost adjustments. (M/H, Equipment or Make/Buy)
Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
Possess the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to mitigate or resolve conflicts.
Possess the ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment.
Required Education & Experience:
High school graduate or G.E.D. bachelor's degree in related area preferred.
Five year estimating experience preferred.
Three years industry experience in Ship Repair Programs or related industry.
Working Conditions:
Regular exposure to all weather conditions, especially hot, humid and / or rainy weather, combined with regular work time indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.
Occasional Travel for Site Visits within the company.

This position is designed for an experienced nondestructive examination (NDE) technician specializing in Ultrasonic Testing (UT) methods, including conventional UT, automated UT, and exposure to advanced UT techniques such as guided wave testing and pulsed eddy current. The role will lead NDE for API piping projects, with an expectation to develop advanced UT expertise and contribute to final report deliverables, including quality report photos, preliminary visual inspections, isometric drawings, data entry, and job form completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a commitment to safety, a desire to grow their UT expertise, and the ability to maintain strong working relationships with clients and team members. This is a field-based role requiring significant travel and offering opportunities to work on diverse inspection projects across the oil and gas industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Interpret NDT requirements, codes, and standards as required by contract, with a focus on UT methods for piping inspections.
Lead and perform Ultrasonic Testing (UT), including conventional UT, automated UT, and advanced UT techniques, ensuring high-quality data collection and processing in accordance with HMT and customer procedures.
Support final report deliverables by taking quality report photos, conducting preliminary visual inspections, creating isometric drawings, performing data entry, and completing job forms.
Drive safely in oil and gas facilities and field sites.
Demonstrate proficiency with standard computer software, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Maintain positive relationships with clients, facilities, and coworkers, promoting a collaborative and professional attitude.
Adhere to all HMT safety policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean driving record.
Pass DISA background, drug, and alcohol screening.
Hold a current driver's license from state of residence.
Be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.

Required Qualifications & Education
Must be able to pass HMT certification standards for UT methods.
Demonstrated experience in Ultrasonic Testing (UT), with preference for candidates with exposure to advanced UT methods (e.g., automated UT, guided wave testing, or pulsed eddy current).
Additional certifications or experience in Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), or Leak Testing/Vacuum Box Testing (LT/BT) are considered a bonus but not required.
Certifications in guided wave testing, Pulsed Eddy Current (PEC), AMMFL, ACFM, SLOFEC, or drone inspection experience are a plus.
Passport is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
TWIC Card.
Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Trained in OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30.
Current respirator fit test.
Current CPR & First Aid certification.
