This position will be part-time/temporary with a flexible schedule. Individuals will choose which shifts they want to work prior to the work week. Available shifts include but are not limited to:
Monday-Friday: 12 PM - 5 PM
5 PM - 10 PM
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Position Objective:
The Warehouse Order Pullers are responsible for efficient, safe and accurate loading of the delivery trucks and performing the assigned warehouse maintenance tasks.
Description of Physical Tasks:
Keep all warehouse load areas and grounds clean. Place product on hand truck or dolly (approximately 20 to 50 lbs per case). Fills racks, pushes/pulls pallets and loads appropriate company products. Climbing on and off forklifts.
Responsibilities Include
Must report to work on time and clock in and out properly.
Prior to starting the loading process, review the total quantity to be pulled and the truck it is to go on. Discuss any space concerns with the Load Crew Manager.
Build loads for each order in the most efficient manner.
Pull and load the exact amounts given through the voice picking system or system generated pick sheets.
Ensure loads are done accurately and neatly.
Be aware of code dates and load the oldest product first.
Visually inspect all cases loaded to ensure they are in saleable condition.
Load all carts/pallets onto appropriate route truck.
Load the product on each truck properly to prevent damage.
Clean all areas before leaving at the end of your shift, keeping work area clean.
Clear the pick area of debris and stretch wrap at the end of the truck loading process each night.
Prior to the end of your shift each night ensure all empty pallets are removed from the pick area and properly stored.
Report any accidents to manager on duty immediately.
Maintain open and clear communications with the owners, managers, and other employees of the company.
Obtain from the Warehouse Manager approval prior to working in excess of your regular schedule.
Dress in uniform and maintain your personal appearance in a professional manner and according to company policy.
Conduct all your activities within the guidelines of all company policies and procedures.
Conduct all of your activities in accordance to the local, state and federal liquor control regulations.
Perform all work activities in accordance to the safe work practices, policies and procedures.
Adhere to all established inventory control procedures and practices.

The Reconciliation Clerk must reconcile the drivers' invoices at the end of the day to ensure that the customers are getting the products that have been ordered and the money received matches the invoices.
Responsibilities Include:
Verify all drivers paperwork against what is in system and make any adjustments.
Ensure all drivers are following company policies and procedures for recon.
Verify load sheets are being checked-in by the warehouse and making any adjustments.
Ensuring all checks received are deposited and match with cashier sheet.
Verify certain accounts DSD s quantity matches the invoices.
List and submit price discrepancies for Wal-Mart and Winn Dixie or any other price discrepancies that may arise.
Reconcile House route daily.
Scan accounts receivables checks daily to be submitted to the bank for deposit and verify the balance sent to the bank balances with the tape total submitted by accounts receivables.
Assist with other accounts receivables requests as needed.
Close out End of Day Report by doing Register (directly reporting to managers vital information) (Recon sheet with figures that have been deposited, price discrepancies, voids, driver check in times and the drivers error sheets)
Assist with compiling military invoices weekly to be submitted to the Controller on a monthly basis.
Follow Recon Clerk policies and procedures daily by verifying and balancing the check, charge and POA totals from the drivers paperwork at the end of their work day.
Performs all other duties assigned and as deemed appropriate.

The Red Bull Energy Expert is responsible for promoting the sales of Red Bull in each assigned account as well as developing new accounts.
Description of Physical Tasks:
Safely operating vehicles, keeping vehicle clean. Keeping designated areas within retail outlets clean, including display, shelving and back stock areas. Delivering product to stores (approximately 15 lbs/per case) pricing and stocking shelves and displays. Climbing in and out of vehicle and proper lifting techniques required.
Responsibilities Include:
