Flex-Force(Part-Time) Warehouse Order Puller
This position will be part-time/temporary with a flexible schedule. Individuals will choose which shifts they want to work prior to the work week. Available shifts include but are not limited to:
Monday-Friday: 12 PM - 5 PM
5 PM - 10 PM
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Position Objective:
The Warehouse Order Pullers are responsible for efficient, safe and accurate loading of the delivery trucks and performing the assigned warehouse maintenance tasks.
Description of Physical Tasks:
Keep all warehouse load areas and grounds clean. Place product on hand truck or dolly (approximately 20 to 50 lbs per case). Fills racks, pushes/pulls pallets and loads appropriate company products. Climbing on and off forklifts.
Responsibilities Include
Must report to work on time and clock in and out properly.
Prior to starting the loading process, review the total quantity to be pulled and the truck it is to go on. Discuss any space concerns with the Load Crew Manager.
Build loads for each order in the most efficient manner.
Pull and load the exact amounts given through the voice picking system or system generated pick sheets.
Ensure loads are done accurately and neatly.
Be aware of code dates and load the oldest product first.
Visually inspect all cases loaded to ensure they are in saleable condition.
Load all carts/pallets onto appropriate route truck.
Load the product on each truck properly to prevent damage.
Clean all areas before leaving at the end of your shift, keeping work area clean.
Clear the pick area of debris and stretch wrap at the end of the truck loading process each night.
Prior to the end of your shift each night ensure all empty pallets are removed from the pick area and properly stored.
Report any accidents to manager on duty immediately.
Maintain open and clear communications with the owners, managers, and other employees of the company.
Obtain from the Warehouse Manager approval prior to working in excess of your regular schedule.
Dress in uniform and maintain your personal appearance in a professional manner and according to company policy.
Conduct all your activities within the guidelines of all company policies and procedures.
Conduct all of your activities in accordance to the local, state and federal liquor control regulations.
Perform all work activities in accordance to the safe work practices, policies and procedures.
Adhere to all established inventory control procedures and practices.
Adapt to any new responsibilities required by the Warehouse Manager and Load Crew Manager.

PURPOSE OF THIS JOB The Red Bull On Premise Manager is responsible for ground level execution in the On Premise market. The Red Bull On Premise Manager works independently, managing the On Premise account universe and with Sales Representatives to increase distribution, visibility, and sales in the On Premise accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
• Identify account and Brand opportunities
• Increase SKU penetration in the On Premise Market
• Work with Sales team to grow visibility, distribution, and standards in all accounts
• Increase execution on Red Bull North America KOIs
• Account business reviews

• Communicate all On Premise information to customers and Sales team

• Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between assigned Company and Red Bull North America.
• Continually monitor and update brand sales in order to achieve goals set by Gulf Distributing Holdings and red Bull North America.
• Work with the Management team of Gulf Distributing Holdings to stay abreast of changing company directives.
• Report to the Management all changes in or additional directives set forth by Red Bull North America.
• Assist in designing monthly sales goals for the Sales teams focusing on promotions, distribution, and volume.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with the owners, managers, and employees of assigned accounts.
• Be aware of all competitive activity and opportunities to increase sales in your assigned accounts.
• Maintain open and clear communications with the owners, managers, and other employees of GDH.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree or a minimum industry related experience which includes:
• 1 year sales experience preferred.

• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel.
• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
• Valid Driver's License in assigned state.

Description Delivery Helper
Reports to: Delivery Manager
The Delivery Helper is responsible for the delivery, storage and merchandising of company products in each assigned accounts. The Delivery Helper is also responsible for safe truck operation.
Responsibilities Include:
Must report to work on time and clock in and out at appropriate times.
Ensure truck is properly loaded at all times to prevent damage to the product.
Ensure the product being delivered and that which is already in the account is properly rotated within the cooler, displays, and backroom.
All products within the retail accounts must be merchandised according to the guidelines established by the company. This includes front facing packages.
Build, merchandise, and sign displays as directed by the Salesperson(s).
Ensure that paper and permanent POS is used in each account in the proper manner and quantity.
Complete all the special attention items the Salesperson(s) or Channel Manager have communicated to you.
Safely handle all empties and unsold product to prevent damage.
Attend all Safety and Drivers Meetings.
Call on your scheduled accounts and merchandise them completely including product from back stock.
Each morning prior to leaving the warehouse inspect your vehicle according to DOT regulations and adequate fluid levels.
When Delivery Driver is backing or maneuvering in a tight situation exit from cab of truck to assist driver with hand signals.
After servicing each account strap down all carts to be sure they will not shift while truck is in motion.
Ensure that your truck cab is clean and organized at all times.
When lift gate is down position red cones behind truck.
Maintain a positive working relationship with the owners, managers, and employees of all your accounts.
Demonstrate a sincere interest in the business success of each account.
Maintain open and clear communications with all owners, managers, and other employees of the company.
Communicate to the Delivery Manager all new competitive activity in your accounts.
After the completion of your scheduled delivery duties check with the warehouse office personnel for possible additional assignments.
Ensure proper rotation is in effect in all your assigned accounts.
Always be aware of code dates and pick up all product you are directed to by the Salesperson(s).
Dress in uniform and maintain your personal appearance in a professional manner and according to company policy.
Properly operate, protect from damage, and return all equipment that has been issued to you (i.e. radios, hand trucks, vehicles, etc.).
Conduct all your activities within the guidelines of all company policies and procedures.
Conduct all your activities in accordance to the local, state, and federal liquor control regulations.
Report all accidents and injuries immediately to the Delivery Manager/Safety Coordinator.
Perform all your work activities in accordance to the established safe work practices, policies, and procedures.
All other duties as assigned.
