* Pursue new placements and lower PTCs on all special promotions or new everyday lower prices on the products you sell and merchandise.
* Request competitors shelf space for new placements or for expanding your existing placements.
* Work with your assigned account to improve your shelf position within their cooler, warm shelf, and the placement of floor displays.
* Advise and train the retailers and their employees in the proper methods of selling, merchandising, and pricing of the products you supply to them.

* Ensure that all packages are sellable and have damaged product swapped or re-packed.
* Keep your vehicle clean and orderly.
* Ensure your vehicle is serviced at regular intervals and repaired when necessary to minimize breakdowns.
* Dress and maintain your personal appearance in a professional manner and according to company policy.
* Properly operate, protect from damage, and return all equipment that has been issued to you (i.e. radios, hand trucks, vehicles, etc.).
* Conduct all your activities within the guidelines of all company policies and procedures.
* Report immediately to your Area Manager of any traffic violations, on or off duty that may affect your insurability.

Dress and maintain your personal appearance in a professional manner and according to company policy.

Conduct all your activities within the guidelines of all company policies and procedures.

Gate Keeper: The Recon Team Lead will assume the role of Gate Keeper, which involves several critical tasks. These include verifying load outs, ensuring the completion of pre-trip vehicle inspections using the Samsara App, collecting daily load outs, and attaching route cover sheets. Additionally, the Gate Keeper is responsible for collecting and submitting blind count sheets, as well as reviewing Samsara DVIRs for any reported damages. This role also entails reporting vehicle safety concerns to the Operations and Delivery Manager.
Recon: As the Recon Team Lead, you will perform various duties within the recon department. These include covering for absent Recon Personnel, assisting the Operations Manager with training all recon personnel, organizing daily route paperwork and office tasks, and ensuring the accuracy and accountability of recon procedures and daily tasks.
Operational Procedures and Protocol: Collaborates with the Operations Manager to ensure operational policies, programs, and processes for the location are consistently administered incompliance with organizational objectives and local laws. This includes, but is not limited to, processes, methods, equipment, and materials.
Arrives on time for the first departing routes
Removes and collects all locks from departing routes.
Conducts a general inspection of the vehicle for any unreported damage.
Verifies that the driver has completed a "Safe" pre-trip vehicle inspection through Samsara.
Inform the Operations and Delivery Managers of any "Unsafe" vehicle violations before departure for cross-load.

Review the Recon End of Day Daily Recap.
Ensures that the Bank Deposit Summary Report aligns with the Recon Daily Report (Excel). Addresses and corrects any discrepancies in collaboration with the Operations and Reconciliation Team.
Verify that all missing or variance DSDs and customer short pay tickets have been created using the Beverage and Kace system.
Review the Trial List to ensure there are no DVR invoices on any routes. Completes regular recon audits.
Ensure the closure of all submitted House routes for 96, 99, 95, and 99.
Ensures general maintenance and cleanup of the office is performed.
Performs all work activities in accordance with safe work practices, policies, and procedures.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
