Your challenges:
Conduct operational checks of complete systems to verify proper functioning of components and systems.
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose malfunction or failures on the following aircraft systems: aircraft equipment furnishings, fire protection, fuel system, hydraulics, landing gear, doors, fuselage, stabilizer, rotor systems, power plant and engine controls.
Assure that completed work complies with FAA regulations, customer requirements, and company specifications.
Follow all OSHA, safety and environmental regulations.
Complete forms and records pertaining to completion of assigned work.
Participate in flight tests on aircraft and log work to be performed, as required. Interface with customer for delivery; prepare for delivery inspection and any problems customer may discover.
Your boarding pass:
Minimum of six (6) years of aviation maintenance experience.
Current A&P license OR 18 months of maintenance experience on Airbus manufactured helicopters.
Helicopter maintenance experience, Airbus Helicopter airframe experience, and Safran Turbomeca engine experience are HIGHLY desirable.

Airbus Helicopters is looking for an experienced helicopter sheetmetal mechanic to join our Maintenance & Repair (MAR) team based in Grand Prairie, TX.
This position is a temporary (contract) position with no specific time period but could be extended or shortened as needed. Contractors are employed by a 3rd party vendor and placed on assignment to Airbus in America.
Perform repair/maintenance work on assigned aircraft to include any mechanical, sheet metal and/or avionics work required. Tasks include fabrication, repair, and installation of aircraft parts, maintenance and repair of helicopter airframe and support of helicopter specific programs.

Your challenges:
Sheet Metal: 80%
Perform layout of sheet metal parts by measuring and scribing in preparation for cutting and forming operations:
Cut raw materials allowing for bend requirements, flanges, and crimping.
Provide nesting arrangements for cutting the maximum number of parts from standard size metal sheets.
Prepare patterns and/or templates to simplify manufacturing processes and to assure proper dimensions.
Install sheet metal parts and assemblies in aircraft; assure that installations are attached without endangering aircraft structure or systems operation and function.
Conduct structural and operational checks and completes troubleshooting of sheet metal mechanical installations.
Perform work from three-dimensional blueprints, sketches, diagrams, technical manuals, work orders, inspection reports, and other similar documentation.
Diagnose the cause of malfunctions, identifies failures and determines corrective action to restore systems to required operating specifications and standards.
Perform required corrective action by making repairs, adjustments or replacements.
Perform work from blueprints, sketches, vendor and service manuals, and other source data to obtain dimensions, locations, alignment, tolerances and other specification requirements.
Use a variety of standard and specialized hand tools, power equipment, measuring devices and test equipment in completing work assignments.
Maintain close working relationship with assigned lead and QA person with regards to schedules, priorities, parts issues
Assure that completed work complies with FAA regulations, customer requirements, and company specifications.
Coordinate with various departments regarding requirements for materials, supplies, equipment and job schedules. Maintain responsibility to keep scrap at minimum levels.
Documentation: 15%
Perform on a daily bases releasing and updating timesheet.
Sign off work clearly and legibly in a timely manner, using an adequate description of work being performed:
All necessary blocks on our Discrepancy sheets need to be filled out as required.
Work needs to be signed off using correct references, AMM, Engineering dispositions, and Repair Design Approval Sheets (RDAS).
Complete your toolbox audit sheets on a daily basis at the end of the shift.
Complete forms and records pertaining to completion of assigned work.
Cleanliness: 5%
Maintain daily a “clean as we go” work place.
Toolboxes will be clean and free of all F.O.D. at the end of the shift.
Tools will be placed in their proper shadowed cutouts to verify no tool is unaccounted for
Follow all OSHA, safety and environmental regulations.

As a Factory Service Center Aircraft Maintenance Technician you will work from an assigned Factory Service Center performing aircraft scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, modifications and repairs along with a variety of diagnostic and mechanical duties as assigned. All work will be performed and documented in compliance with / reference to the appropriate technical data including manuals, standard operating procedures and regulations as required. Working conditions include occasional travel and semi - frequent face to face contact with Owners and Operators.
Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Adhere to Cirrus Aircraft Standard Operating Procedures
Cirrus training requirements:
Complete 100% Cirrus CBT Training (within 90 days)
Complete 100% Cirrus University training (as directed)
Complete 50% Core task list training (within 36 months)
Complete 70% Cirrus & supplier Training (within 36 months)
Comply with environmental health / safety policies and procedures
Maintain the highest levels of professionalism in conduct and appearance while representing Cirrus Aircraft.
Observe & maintain all requirements & criteria set forth by the Cirrus Part 145 Repair Station Manual.
Read and understand maintenance manuals and other technical documents and identify repair procedure
Perform mission critical repairs, troubleshooting & return to service work on AOG aircraft in the field IAW FAA regulations & all applicable technical data
Review and research aircraft records
Evaluate & interpret aircraft data
Diagnose mechanical / electrical systems
Utilize proper diagnostic / test equipment
Inspect replacement aircraft parts for defects
Replace defective parts using approved tooling
Assemble aircraft components & perform required measurement and testing / adjustments
Install / load system software and databases
Inspect complete work for compliance and performance standards
Assist, support and participate in Factory Service Center indirect activities such as moving aircraft, shop projects, and continuous improvement projects as assigned.

Education Requirement(s):
High school diploma or GED
FAAST Bronze or better preferred
Experience Requirement(s):
4 years' proven aircraft maintenance experience
Certification Requirement(s):
Must have CFR part 65 Certification - Repairmen or A&P
Cirrus Inspection Authorization (Within 18 months)
License Requirement(s):
FAA Airframe & Powerplant
Valid State Drivers License
Ability to obtain an Airport Security Badge

Full-time Description
A SACMI Closure Line Maintenance Technician's duties involve ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of the high-speed compression molding (CCM) and lining equipment. This role requires a blend of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic expertise.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and lubrication tasks on all production equipment (CCM machines, chillers, compressors, etc.) to minimize downtime and extend machinery life.
Conduct routine inspections of machinery and systems to identify potential problems before they escalate into major failures.
Use predictive maintenance tools (like SACMI's Alarm Analyzer) to monitor machine health and analyze alarm trends.
Respond rapidly to emergency breakdowns with a strong sense of urgency to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions during production.
Dismantle, repair, or replace broken or malfunctioning components, including drives, motors, belts, pumps, and valves.
Troubleshoot complex electrical/electronic issues, hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, and control systems (PLCs, sensors, etc.)
Orders and installs replacement parts for machines.
Prepares reports documenting work performed.
Coordinates with managers to schedule regular maintenance on machines.
Fabricates and welds basic steel projects.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
