Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
* Performs non-destructive tests (NDT) and determines product acceptability to the authorized limits of the NDT level obtained in accordance with prescribed methods and procedures .
* Records, organizes and evaluates test results and enter results into applicable documents .
* Ensure compliance to all radiation safety rules and regulations and provides protection to self and others during testing .
* Maintains equipment and assures calibration for tests to be performed .
* Maintains inventory control of area equipment .
Additional Functions:
* Works with and assists other NDTTechnicians as required. .
* Coordinates NDT inspection workload according to priorities, efficiency and cost effectiveness .
* Provides technical assistance to subordinate level NDTtechnicians .
* Performs process control on area inspection equipment .
* Performs exposure room interlock safety checks, establishes radiation safety barriers, zeros pocket dosimeters, operates radiation survey meters and completes applicable survey logs and forms .
* Performs automated ultrasonic C-scan inspection of composite parts .
* Must be available to work any shift .
Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
* Must provide formal NDT training records.
* NDT experience on determining product acceptability preferred.
* Experience in blueprint reading and interpretation.
* Must be able to read a scale and perform basic shop math.
* Read and comprehend basic documents and instructions.
* Must have essential personal and communication skills.
* Must demonstrate good housekeeping and safety practices.
* Proficiency in current computer-based software.

Key Responsibilities:
Create measurement routines on the CMM (PCDMIS) and MicroVu that are turnkey for production and inspectors.
Troubleshoot and correct issues with current measurement routines.
Lean out current measurement routines making them as efficient as possible. Eliminate waste of movement or unnecessary measurements on the CMM.
Work with engineering to create robust fixturing to stage components and assemblies for measurement on the CMM and MicroVu.
Perform First Article Inspections (FAIRs) on components and assemblies. Populate FAIR form along with a bubble numbered print of the current revision.
Gather data for Gage R&R's, DOE's, and capability studies. Populate minitab with data for Engineering analysis.
Review measurement data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Identify and remeasure outlier data points.
Author measurement procedures (MP's).
Create measurement routines on the CMM for the calibration of production gages.
Work with calibration to maintain measurement gages.
Complete inspections for production as necessary.
Provide technical support and advice to other departments or personnel.
Train others on proper measuring equipment and measuring techniques.
Collaborate with engineers to resolve measurement challenges.
Perform any necessary equipment checks to ensure proper calibration and functionality prior to use.
Maintain a clean, organized work area.

Leprino Foods broke ground on the $1 billion facility in the summer of 2022. The plant will become operational in 2025 with Phase 1 and will become fully operational by 2026!
This position pays $39 per hour. There is an additional $1 differential for hours worked between 6pm and 6am. Weekly pay.
Summary Description:
The Industrial Electrical/Controls Technician provides plant-wide support for the selection, installation, programming, documentation, training and knowledge of plant industrial controls, including computer integration of PLC's, HMI's and process controls within the facility, training of end users on the operations of newly installed or modified process or control systems, and for standardization of control systems and control logic designs, documentation of operational procedures and as-built electrical drawings and logic. The Industrial electrical/Controls Technician is also the plant liaison for new system start up and commissioning by outside electrical and controls contractors and system integrators to ensure proper transfer of electrical red lines or updated electrical drawings and documented PLC programs changes and adequate training on the installation/changes that have been completed. The ICT is also responsible to keep control panels up to date and help rebuild when needed.
The Electrical portion includes, designing, implementing electrical changes or additions to the electrical infrastructure. It is also the objective to oversee the contracted work to assure it is designed and installed per LFC guidelines.
This position is also responsible to update the systems I/O list and create them if missing from the Document library.

Summary: Phoenix National Labs, Part of the ATS Family of Companies, is seeking Local NDT Level II Technicians, CWI's and NDT Entry Level and NDT Trainees to support our NDT departments at Phoenix National Labs in Tempe, AZ. Any combination of Level II certs including MT/PT/UTT/UTSW/RT should apply. Opportunities for Entry Level (NDT formally trained) and select opportunities for Trainees without formal NDT training/experience available. Must be local to the Phoenix/Tempe, AZ region or willing to relocate. Most NDT work will be performed in the mining, manufacturing, municipal, fabrication, and power industries.
Responsibilities/Duties: NDT Assistants/Trainees
* Perform tasks as directed in order to prepare components or equipment for inspections.
* Work alongside certified technicians to help complete projects and learn activities.
* Interface with personnel to determine scope of work and work priorities in order to meet customer expectations.

* Perform examinations of materials in accordance with procedures, codes, standards, and specifications.
* Be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the methods for which qualified and exercise assigned responsibility for OJT and guidance of trainees
* Interface with department managers and clients to determine scope of work and work priorities in order to meet customer expectations.
* Be able to prepare written instructions and to organize and report the results of examinations.

Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment
Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection
Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results
Interpret radiographs, cathode ray tube (CRT) or digital readouts, conductivity meters and visual indicators
Organize and report test results
Perform specialized inspections
May instruct and supervise others
Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Some college preferred
Certified Level II II RT, MT, PT, UTT, VT (any combination)
Technical background in NDT methods and procedures
Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections

Scope of Responsibility:
This position is responsible for conducting visual inspections, Magnetic Particle Inspection, and limited Ultrasonic Testing of products before, during and after production processes to assure compliance with the Company's standards and the Customer's specifications.

* Have the skills and knowledge to interpret codes, standards, and other contractual documents that control NDT methods used by Sabre Industries/FWT facilities
* Conducts in process and final visual weld and dimensional inspections in accordance with AWS D1.1
