Repair, maintain, install, and troubleshoot mechanical and functional components of the aircraft including airframes, engine components, landing gear, electrical components, and control systems .
Coordinate with inspection to ensure compliance with internal and FAA inspection and documentation requirements .
Establishes and maintains a professional working relationship with the customer and provides one-on-one direct familiarization briefings with the customer during the road trip .
Properly identify (tag) customer property and equipment. Store aircraft components and other customer property securely and safely .
Follow standard operating procedures and JSAs when operating ground support equipment .
Operate and oversee use of special support equipment used in removal and installations of major components .
Additional Functions:
Orders and receives all tooling and materials that will be needed to service the AOG acft .
Arranges the shipment of all core units and tooling back to Gulfstream .
Identifies required. advanced troubleshooting techniques for all model acft with assistance from Tech Ops .
Perform other duties as assigned.Other Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of inspection and maintenance procedures for various aircraft models and systems.
Advanced knowledge of pertinent technical reference materials (maintenance manuals, IPCs, Service Bulletins, structural repair manuals, engineering drawings, ADS, etc.).

Reporting to the District Manager, the Channel Performance Manager (CPM) is responsible for all solution sales activities, including direct and distributor sales results within a defined territory. You will execute and drive the sales plan to ensure activities align with and support the overall strategic goals of the division.
You will provide sales support and coaching for the distributor sales team across the division's entire portfolio of products and services, as well as TPaaS subscription opportunities. You will sell directly and/or collaboratively with dealer sales teams to acquire new accounts, increase sales activity from existing accounts, support Key/National account programs, and foster OEM engagement to meet or exceed territory sales targets.
You will utilize, educate on, and promote Trimble's channel development programs/workshops, including Analyze, Define, Evaluate, Monitor (ADEM) sales programs and tools (Educational Presentations, Review Meetings, Field Reference Guides, Demonstration tools…), Analyze Financials (AFIN) best practices, Trimble Way, and other available resources.
What You'll Do
Work collaboratively with the District Manager, the CPM to contribute to the development, implementation, and achievement of assigned sales plans within the territory.
The CPM will engage with end users, distributor sales leadership, and sales representatives.
Provide timely weekly sales forecasts and market insights to the District Manager to ensure a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and influences.
Develop a strong understanding of the channel sales pipeline, manage it effectively, and use a systematic approach to translate pipeline activity into sales forecasts.
Generate quarterly and monthly reports summarizing weekly data in a clear and professional format.
Provide on-site sales coaching and support to distributor teams.
Drive the transition of revenue from perpetual sales towards subscription models by actively managing the TPaaS solution pipeline.
Work in both office and construction site environments as needed to sell and support Trimble products and services to contractors within the territory.
Serve as a key point of contact for major accounts.
Facilitate customer acquisition through collaborative sales presentations, emphasizing educational content that reinforces the Trimble Way methodology and process.
Promote customer retention by leading Annual Review Meetings with key accounts in each dealer territory.
Support the development of dealer sales teams by participating in the interview process for salespeople, onboarding new hires, providing product introductions, and offering in-field sales coaching.
Guide channel partners in developing an effective organizational design and structure to capitalize on market opportunities.

Trimble Construction Field Solutions is a worldwide provider of both software and hardware used for the construction of both buildings and infrastructure. The Role

We are seeking an applied research Scientist Lead with expertise in aerosol particle science, to drive hands-on research and innovation within a growing interdisciplinary team. This position will lead significant technical initiatives, ensuring technical excellence, alignment with corporate goals, and will contribute to the development of the R&D department. Contract Template Creation and Adaptation:
* Assist in the adaptation of service agreement template(s) for Airbus Americas use, including coordinating with Airbus colleagues in the business and contracts areas to clarify all necessary points provided in draft templates, for all areas of the business, including Digital, Training, Upgrades, Flight Ops, Materials, FHS etc..
* Develop contractual solutions and documents based on concepts and requirements from internal stakeholders.
* Perform ongoing update and maintenance of approved templates, focusing on continuous improvements, adaptation for specific rule changes, and application of specially negotiated terms applicable to individual customers.
Contract Review and Drafting:
* Review draft agreements based on approved Airbus Americas templates customized by the business to insure adherence to the (i) Airbus Americas template (ii) Airbus Americas standards, (iii) Customer specific language and modifications, and general clarity for concept and language, ensuring appropriate attachments are incorporated, clarity of technical solutions, appropriate commercial conditions and suitable payment plans are included. * Determine and catalogue the deviations from standard in draft agreements and determine when further approval is appropriate (by contracts management or appropriate specialists). Submit reviewed agreements for further review to the appropriate specialists (i.e. Legal, Tax, Finance, E&C, Insurance, etc.) as appropriate, work with specialists to resolve issues within the documents, and work with the business to determine creative solutions for Customer requested changes. Ensure final draft Agreements are routed for appropriate approval as per the Airbus Americas Internal Approval Policy.
Other Duties as assigned:
* Work with the various Business Units to educate them on the proper use of Airbus Americas templates, importation of templates and updated templates into BU tools, and proper validation of agreement drafts before submitting for Airbus Americas review.
* Assist the Contracts Director with the development of the standard clause library, developing a library of standard approved clauses to be used in template creation, as well as specific clauses to be used on an as needed basis for irregular contractual needs.
* Serve as the backup to the regional Contracts Director.

JOB SUMMARY
The Service Delivery team at CTS consists of Service Pods, Incident Response team (NOC/SOC/ESCALATIONS), and a Project Engineering team. Particle Measuring Systems (PMS) has been on the forefront of inventing and advancing particle measurement technologies for over 50 years. Microscopic particle measuring requires a diverse team of engineers, scientists, and programmers designing advanced optics, lasers, low noise electronics, detectors, signal processing, AI, and material handling all working together towards a common goal.
The Role
Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the Director of Engineering will lead the functional managers and related team members responsible for sustaining and developing new products. We are looking for an innovative individual with extensive experience managing commercial development and sustaining engineering for products that include both hardware and software. This experience should include Lean R&D, Visual Management Techniques, DFSS, Agile, and Scrum, traditional project management, and other processes for managing technical teams.
This position will lead a diverse technical team that includes electrical, mechanical, and software engineers. Customer engagement in the development process will be a critical element of the role so the candidate must be an advocate of a customer centric design process as well as work closely with Project Managers and the EL/LS Division Product Line Managers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Drive new product development and innovation including sustaining existing products
Build and lead a high energy team with strong customer focus and high retention rate
Managing site cross-functional team leaders (EE, ME, FW, SW, Test and Sustaining) to build a better and more technically competent organization ready to meet current and future needs of our product technologies
Create a collaborative team atmosphere with a focus on continuous improvement of self, functional groups, process and the organization
Ensure that functional resources are optimally selected and aligned to support departmental and project objectives
Providing technical hands-on leadership directly managing design efforts when necessary
Supporting operations management on sustaining activities including change management and/or quality improvement projects requiring deeper knowledge of the development staff
Creating and executing continuous improvement projects for the R&D process
Lead and train staff on relevant technical skills, BKM, KPM, LEAN, Strategy Deployment, and visual management
Developing key metrics to build R&D efficiency improvements into the roadmap
Managing; budget, employee hiring, training/mentoring
Act as a formal project manager on assigned development programs
Develop and nurture strong working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, department heads, and individual contributors. Act as a bridge between various teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals and initiatives.

Skills and Experience
A master of Science degree in a technical field is required.
10+ years of proven technical management experience in a commercial setting, including project management, personnel management, and budgeting and planning.
Track record of developing leading-edge technology and complex new products using a cross-functional team.
Good understanding of business management processes, procedures, and finance
Experience using Lean R&D including visual management, Scrum, etc., and employing technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Strategic planning and tactical efficiency for Engineering, both technical and organizational elements.
The Details
Location - This is an “in-office” position 75-100% of the time. The location of this position is in Boulder, CO; anticipated move to Niwot, CO in 2025. The remainder of the time you may work from home. These percentages are targets with the actual schedule to be determined in conjunction with the Manager's expectations for the position. Local candidates will receive first consideration, but relocation may be offered for this role.

Key Responsibilities
