Your Roles and Responsibilities
●Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized support for all aspects of executive technology.
●Provide responsive, professional technical assistance to executives and their teams across hardware, software, networking, printing, mobile devices, and collaboration tools.
●Proactively monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop systems, mobile devices, and network connectivity in a diverse environment to prevent disruptions.
●Offer onsite and remote support for executive-level clients and their assistants, ensuring clear, confident, and courteous communication at all times. May require occasional off hours support and on-call availability is required.
●Translate complex technical issues into simple, actionable explanations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
●Recommend and implement tailored technology solutions that align with executive needs and preferences.
●Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives, exercising discretion and professionalism with all sensitive information.
●Partner with global and regional teams to support executives during travel and off-site events.
●Provide on-site event support to ensure seamless technology integration during meetings, presentations, and special engagements.
●Manage incidents and requests in an ITSM platform (e.g., Zendesk), demonstrating accountability, follow-through, and proactive communication.
Required Qualifications / Skills
●5+ years of experience in service desk or desktop support, preferably in a fast-paced enterprise or executive environment.
●Advanced proficiency in Windows 11, mac OS, Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, wireless and printing technologies, and mobile device management.
●Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and service delivery excellence.
●Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse audiences.
●Professional presence and demeanor, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
●Meticulous attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
●Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
●Industry certification (CompTIA+ or equivalent experience) preferred.

Job Summary

You'll oversee the local service function across the full equipment life cycle while partnering with the sales team to drive business growth. A solutions-oriented leader, you'll guide your team in maintaining and repairing rotary screw and reciprocating air compressors, as well as compressed air system components. Responsibilities
* Effectively attract, coach, counsel, train, develop, and retain all service employees. Drive continuous improvement through company performance management process and technical product training programs available. Develop employee skill levels, including customer service, process improvement, and technical skills to the highest degree possible.
* Collaborate with the service coordination function to respond efficiently to customers, ensure technicians' training and skill level is appropriately matched to service customers, and ensure resources are effectively leveraged across the service area to maximize Service Technician utilization. This includes balancing customer requests for emergency repair, regular maintenance contracts, scheduled work and upgrades, installations, replacement components, and long-term service agreements.
* Collaborate with the sales function to consult on service agreements; attend customer meetings to win new and grow existing; service business; provide service support for installations; and drive new service business through Service Technician generated leads, quotes, and requests for proposals.
* Maximize cash flow by ensuring invoices are generated immediately upon completion of work and warranty claims are filed accurately and timely, managing expense budgets, and increasing utilization of the service team. Ensure that standard service work processes are created and followed. Improve transactional processes impacting the customer experience and increase overall customer satisfaction.
* Effectively manage service team inventory to maintain accuracy, reduce year-end write-offs, and maintain SOX compliance through detailed reporting and regular cycle counts.
* Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance within service team. Provide training to all employees to ensure all service personnel follow and maintain safe and productive work habits in the shop, as well as at the customer site.
* Other duties as assigned to support the service business and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* High school diploma or GED required with relevant work experience
* 3+ years' experience in an industrial sales business setting.
* 3+ years' experience in managing teams of people, processes and budgets strongly preferred, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience coaching, training and mentoring as a peer-leader.
* Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI in the previous 5 years, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving, or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
* Ability to work in diverse conditions at times requiring interpretation or deviation from standard processes including but not limited to mechanical equipment rooms with exposure to noisy operating equipment, exposure to extreme weather conditions, precarious places, and risk of electrical shock (high voltage) with NFPA or equivalent standards.

* Collaborate with the service coordination function to respond efficiently to customers, ensure technicians' training and skill level is appropriately matched to service customers, and ensure resources are effectively leveraged across the service area to maximize Service Technician utilization. This includes balancing customer requests for emergency repair, regular maintenance contracts, scheduled work and upgrades, installations, replacement components, and long-term service agreements.
* Collaborate with the sales function to consult on service agreements; attend customer meetings to win new and grow existing; service business; provide service support for installations; and drive new service business through Service Technician generated leads, quotes, and requests for proposals.
* Maximize cash flow by ensuring invoices are generated immediately upon completion of work and warranty claims are filed accurately and timely, managing expense budgets, and increasing utilization of the service team. Ensure that standard service work processes are created and followed. Improve transactional processes impacting the customer experience and increase overall customer satisfaction.
* Effectively manage service team inventory to maintain accuracy, reduce year-end write-offs, and maintain SOX compliance through detailed reporting and regular cycle counts.

Requirements
* High school diploma or GED required with relevant work experience
* 3+ years' experience in an industrial sales business setting.
* 3+ years' experience in managing teams of people, processes and budgets strongly preferred, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience coaching, training and mentoring as a peer-leader.
* Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI in the previous 5 years, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving, or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.

Position Requirements (Skills, Work Experience, Education, Certifications, Licenses, etc.):
High school diploma, Certificate of G.E.D, or certificate of completion in an apprenticeship program in HVAC & refrigeration, or similar trade or technical program completion.
10+ years of experience in HVAC-R mechanical service and repair.
3+ years of Journeyman experience with HVAC-R mechanical service and repair.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong track record of successfully interacting with customers.
Ability to utilize a personal computer.
Willingness and ability to attend ACCO and Union training sessions (signatory sponsorship will be provided to non-signatory applicants hired for the position).
Ability to lift and carry materials ranging from 11-25 lbs. up to 33% of the time.
Valid (non-commercial) driver's license with MVR that meets ACCO's risk insurance standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Recruit, interview and train new employees
Review and follow up on mechanics' work orders and tool purchases
Answer technical questions from field mechanics and Service Sales personnel
Balance workloads in the area's routes to keep appropriate skill levels on jobs as needed
Manage “on call” staffing and vacation requests to assure the Company fulfills its contractual obligations
Serve as backup for on call and weekend staffing shortages
Perform periodic quality control inspections at customer locations
Interface and cooperate with System Operations to assure the Company's contractual obligations for project completion and warranty are fulfilled
Optimize labor productivity by collaborating and resource sharing with other area Supervisors in FSG, Sunbelt Controls, and System Operations.
Monitor productivity for area employees by approving all non-billable labor
Monitor and manage the “Weighted Average Cost” of the technicians in this area to maximize the Company's return without comprising the quality of the service provided
Hold monthly safety meetings and enforce safety guidelines and procedures
Conduct Site Safety Inspections (SSI's) for customer locations in your geographical area
Counsel technicians when either Customer relations issues arise or internal Company procedures have not been followed
Assist Dispatch in meeting the Company's response time promise to customers
Maintain and safeguard the area special/large tool inventory
Other special projects may arise periodically
Executes QA/QC protocols and QC field installation.
Responsible for implementing Safety Department protocols by reviewing and discussing required safety documents with the field personnel to ensure work is being performed in a safe manner.
Mentor, train and develop future supervisors (succession planning) to meet current and future business needs.
Coordinates and communicates effectively with different departments within ACCO.
Adhere to and promote ACCO company policies and procedures.

As a Service Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to:

As an integral part of the Endoscopic Services offered by the hospital, the Perioperative Support Services Supervisor supports and supervises Media Specialists, Equipment technicians and coordinates the performance of all media assisted endoscopic related procedures and manages all equipment in the perioperative areas. The Perioperative Support Services Supervisor additionally trains media specialists, equipment technicians and externs in the performance of these procedures. Provides input into budgetary needs, evaluating and managing all perioperative equipment, employee performance, and ensuring the general effectiveness of media related endoscopic services. Will report directly to Assistant Director of Perioperative Support Services.
Essential Duties:
The Perioperative Support Services Supervisor is responsible for teaching members of the Media Specialist team principles of video equipment and its use during surgical procedures.
Demonstrates current knowledge of video equipment associated with surgical procedures and applies that knowledge in the preparation for its use.
Provide media support to all surgical procedures requiring video support.
Supervises the Media Specialists and equipment technician team for adherence to the use of video equipment and video streaming in the operating room.
Supervises the Media Specialist Staff and equipment technicians and makes daily assignments.
Supervises the Media Specialists and equipment technicians for appropriate operation associated video equipment and all related surgical equipment within the department located in the operating room for all surgical sites.
Supervises the Media Specialist in the proper set-up of the associate video equipment used for each surgical procedure.
Supervises the Media Specialists to einsure they complete any video documentation of surgical procedures in the operating room.
Follows policies, Title 22 and The Joint Commission Standards.

Coordinates video equipment usage within operating room and in coordination the OR Supervisor.
Assists in resolving conflicts with video equipment and surgical equipment issues. Proactively ensures adequate arrangement of equipment when loaner equipment is necessary.
Assists in updating preference cards requiring video equipment to prevent conflicts through Cerner/Surginet system.
Displays leadership abilities and sound clinical skills in promoting the professional growth and retention of Media personnel.
Displays understanding of governing regulations, such as hospital policies, Title 22 and The Joint Commission Standards.
Holds a Media personnel meeting at least once a month with an agenda and sign in sheet.
Keeps Media staff and equipment technicians up to date on current issues related to their specialty.
Assists with annual budget related to media staffing and equipment technicians, supplies and capital requirements. Makes recommendations that enhance resources utilization within the department.
Act as liaison between nursing, anesthesia, operating room technicians, surgeons and all other ancillary services regarding any media related issues.
Assign staff to maintain supplies and equipment on a continuous basis. This is inclusive of any at par levels, organized, cleaned and outdates disposed of.
Oversee staff to be sure surgical suites are organized and prepared daily related to their specialty. Monitor to be sure equipment/supplies are removed and returned to appropriate location when procedure is completed.
Participates actively in PI activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Req 2 - 3 years Experience working in surgery field and with surgical equipment, including educational background on all surgical positioning devices, tables and machines in the perioperative space.
Req Organization/time management skills.
Req Demonstrates ability to utilize effective, appropriate and diplomatic oral and written communication skills.
Req Committed to excellence in patient care and customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
Pref Associate's degree in related field.
Pref 1 year Supervisory and or lead experience.
Required Licenses/Certifications:
Req Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained by renewal before expiration date. (Required within LA City only)
The annual base salary range for this position is $95,680.00 - $158,230.00.
