The Vice President, Agency Development serves as the senior executive accountable for GumGum's relationship with a Global Holding Company. This role carries full strategic, commercial, and operational ownership of the partnership, with a mandate to accelerate growth, drive innovation, and secure GumGum's position as a top-tier partner across the Hold Co agencies and markets.
As a key member of the revenue leadership team, this role will set the vision for agency development within the holding company, oversee execution, and ensure alignment with GumGum's broader business objectives. The ideal candidate brings deep holding company expertise, a track record of scaling high-value partnerships, and the leadership presence to engage at the highest levels inside both organizations.

What You'll Achieve
Own and Lead the Hold Co Relationship: Serve as the single point of accountability for the entire Hold Co partnership, setting the long-term vision and commercial strategy.
P&L Accountability: Drive profitable revenue growth from the Hold Co accounts; manage forecasting, budgeting, and commercial performance.
Strategic Growth Development: Develop and implement a multi-year partnership plan that increases GumGum's footprint, solution adoption, and share of wallet.

Skills You'll Bring
15+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or agency development, with extensive experience managing holding company Partnerships at a senior executive level.
Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls.

What We Offer
At GumGum, competitive base pay is a part of a total rewards package which also includes benefits, an emphasis on recognition, development, and wellness. The reasonable estimated base pay range for this role is from
$200,000 - $230,000
annually.
The actual amount may be higher or lower. Individual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant qualifications, work location, and labor market conditions.
The total rewards package offered also includes an employer-matched 401(k) retirement plan, and depending on the role, participation in a bonus, commission, or stock incentive program.
