This is a great company to work for. It is a tribal owned company, the tribe takes great care of its employees. They offer free Healthcare, a free meal every shift worked, and decent pay.
I do not like the inconsistencies between shifts, departments, managers and supervisors. It gets really stressful, especially during the Covid times.
My favorite benefit is the free healthcare.
