Job Responsibilities Research legal matters regarding Strategic Transactions & Licensing (STL) topics. Assist with contract lifecycle management. Prepare contract summaries, abstracts, and comparison charts. Contribute to and update internal STL wiki, including with respect to updates in applicable law and best practices. Assist knowledge management and practice innovation attorneys in updating STL form agreements and dashboards. Conduct basic due diligence on client and counterparty background and information. Draft basic consents and notices required in connection with certain transactions. Assist attorneys in contract drafting by collecting client data and utilizing contract generator tools. Coordinate and contribute content to internal and external legal presentations, in collaboration with attorneys. Maintain client records using internal database. Job Requirements Applicants must possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, as well as advanced proficiency skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. This position also requires good judgment, initiative, flexibility and team work. Educational Requirements BS/BA degree. Open to expected December 2025/January 2026 graduates. Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Status Full Time, Non-Exempt. The annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 dependent upon qualifications and experience.
