This is a performance-based program starting at Level 1 and graduating after Level 3 is completed. Apprentices will be paired with a senior technician who will act as your mentor and "go-to-person" for any questions. No experience is needed but you will be required to show your progress in order to advance. We believe that all of our techs deserve a chance to become certified.
