We are an HVAC/R wholesale distributor throughout the Midwest and Mountain States, including the Denver metro area. Some responsibilities and examples include: Customer Focused - we are passionate about serving all of our customers, including dealers, business owners and large HVAC companies and consolidators. We meet customers' needs by maintaining positive business relationships and delivering on our promises. HVAC product and industry knowledge - Understanding HVAC residential systems is a must, and that experience is needed to assist our outside sales team in selling the right equipment and recommending the right systems for the jobs our customers have. Ensure our promises to customers are met - Work on the inside sales team at our Denver location by supporting our Territory Managers, being face to face with customers, and also have the opportunity to have assigned accounts as well. Present and execute National Sales Programs and initiatives with our TM's, and also support the branch by assisting at the counter when needed, answering phones, and other duties as assigned. Sales Skills - Continually improve on sales skills and product knowledge to maintain competitive advantage in a very high paced and competitive environment Attention to Detail - Provide customer service expertise and support to pricing, quoting, credit terms and orders, utilizing P21 and a CRM system. We operate with these three ideas in mind: Team Spirit - Above all, we operate in a team environment and therefore holding a true team spirit of cooperation and problem solving is a must. We coordinate our sales efforts with our warehouse, counter sales, and inside sales teams. Sense of Urgency - our customers come first, both internal and external. That's part of the team spirit, to operate and react quickly. We are proactive and self-motivated. We learn & understand the entire business - part of our training program involves learning and understanding from the beginning how our business operates - you will spend time initially learning the warehouse, counter, quoting, etc so you have a solid foundation in your inside sales role. Candidates should have: 2 years (or more) of HVAC/R industry experience Residential HVAC experience is a must Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills (Outlook) Highly motivated and detail oriented A proven track record of sales and selling skills experience Valid Driver's license/driving record High School diploma or equivalent required. In addition to an online store, Rexel USA has a distribution network of over 460 warehouse storefront locations throughout the U.S. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Rexel USA team in Loveland, CO! Summary: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for the proactive inside telephone or email sales and marketing efforts with the objective of increased profitable sales. Main duties include establishing and maintaining customer relationships, processing quotes and orders for customers, pursuing product and application knowledge, and prospecting for additional organic growth from existing customer base. What You'll Do: * Process telephone orders by quoting product prices, delivery specifications, and payment terms and by offering substitute products where appropriate * Assist outside sales personnel by processing priority transactions * Utilize company digital tools to sell, market, promote, demonstrate products, answer technical questions, and increase business through product sales to new customers and through additional sales to existing customers * Prospect for new accounts within a specified geographical territory * Manage a defined customer base and establish and maintain customer relationships * Learn and evaluate customer operations to aid in identifying customer objectives, requirements, and preferences.
