Under the direction of the Gondola Operations Supervisor and/or Gondola Operator, acting as a platform or station attendant is responsible for safely loading/unloading passengers onto/off of gondola cabins. All personnel shall use reasonable care while performing their duties.

On a daily or shift basis, and in accordance with ISP's policies & procedures and in accordance with all ANSI B-77 guidelines, is the platform or station attendant who is responsible for the safe and orderly direction of passenger traffic embarking and disembarking the gondola cabins in addition to the following:
Be knowledgeable of operational, emergency, and loss of control procedures (see 1.4 - loss of control) and the related equipment needed to perform the assigned duties.
Monitor the passengers' use of the aerial lift including observing, advising, and assisting them while they are in the attendant's work area as they embark on or disembark from the aerial lift; and to respond to unusual occurrences or conditions, as noted. The attendant should respond by choosing an appropriate action, which may include any of the following.
assisting the passenger.
slowing the aerial lift (when applicable).
stopping the aerial lift.
continuing operation and observation.
Deny access to an aerial lift to individuals, using provided practices.

**Job Responsibilities**
+ Maintains and improves facility grounds based on established sustainability guidelines

There is the top tower, where guests arrive by means of a scenic Gondola ride before being securely strapped into the harness seat by you, the operator, and there is the bottom tower where guests are unstrapped by you, the operator. Ziprider team members will report to the supervisor as well as two team leads.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:· Conduct all activities and decisions according to Icy Strait Points guiding principles: BAP: Best, Authentic, Profitable· Always keep safety foremost in your mind and actions when on the job.· Duties & Responsibilities specific to the Zip Lineo Securely strap guests into harness seat at start of ride and out of harness seat at end of ride.o Also use a two-check process at the top tower. The Role
The Cultural Programs Supervisor is responsible for the planning, delivery, and continuous development of cultural programs that reflect Tlingit heritage with integrity, professionalism, and pride.
