    This position is a key member of the Water Production Team within the Facilities Operations Division. The position is responsible for providing engineering and technical support to the facility. * Perform and coordinate design reviews - incorporate Operations/ Maintenance/OTS comments and edits. * Coordinate with plant staff and contractors on performance testing of new equipment and systems. * Monitor, analyze, and optimize water treatment processes to ensure consistent quality and efficiency. * Develop and implement process improvements to enhance plant performance and reduce operational costs. * Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and upgrades of treatment systems and equipment. * Conduct data analysis on flow rates, chemical dosing, and water quality parameters to identify trends and corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal environmental regulations. * Prepare technical reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams on capital projects, plant expansions, and technology upgrades. * Provide technical training and guidance to plant operators and maintenance staff.
