Nice coworkers.
Rampant nepotism, incompetent management, constant layoffs. Low salaries. Top-heavy organization. Poor talent retention, can't win new clients, few opportunities for advancement. No diversity.
Not much. They pretend to be friendly and transparent but they just gaslight employees into feeling like it's their fault if they aren't happy with low pay and uncertain future.
Less pizza party, more job security. Less nepotism.
Much lower than average.
There is absolutely zero diversity. People of color and LGBTQ folks come and go quickly because the environment is unfriendly.
Best work culture, coworkers treated me with so much respect, very friendly and easy to work with group
