Job Description
As Head of Strategy, Coach Networking you will be responsible for the following duties:
Oversee the strategic direction of the blex Coach networking program that manages ongoing interactions with the coaches to keep them engaged, inspired and appreciated
Brainstorm, plan, and execute all programming initiatives, including but not limited to developing events, meet-ups, marketing and social media related to the program
Work closely with Blex Technologies Advisory Board members to gain their feedback and perspectives on the proposed programming
Work with external vendors and agencies (e.g. meeting coordinators, freelance writers) to create programmatic content
Set and meet or exceed desired KPIs and metrics to help determine ROI and success on programming efforts
Serve as primary liaison for coaches to facilitate collaboration and ongoing support
Attend bi-weekly team calls, on an as-needed basis
$150 monthly stipend
Qualifications
Resume/CV: Please be sure to include any counseling/coaching related experience, if applicable
Completed a bachelor's degree related to Psychology, Sociology, or Counseling
Experience managing events, webinars, meet-ups, or small-scale professional gatherings
Experience with proposal development, strategy presentations and measurement tactics
Experience communicating with senior leaders

The Assistant Coach is responsible for supporting the Head Coach in all phases of Assistant Swim - Diving program. The Assistant Swim - Diving Coach will provide support to the head coach focused in the areas of recruiting, identifying talent, scouting, film breakdown and game planning. Additional duties will include but not limited to skill development, academic advising, mentoring, organizing team travel including team meals on the road, one on one and group instruction, summer camps/clinics, equipment inventories, developing alumni contacts, as well as a secondary assignment within the department.
It is also expected that the Assistant swim - Diving Coach embrace the department mission of supporting the academic mission of the university, developing student-athletes as contributors to the greater community, creating opportunities for competitive success, leading student-athletes to understand what it is like to be part of something greater than oneself. Trainer Responsibilities
Conduct private (1-on-1) and group soccer lessons.
Schedule lessons flexibly to suit your and the client's availability.
Travel safely to and from clients' preferred training locations.
Create custom lesson plans tailored to each player's abilities and goals.
Assess players' skills, track progress, and adapt lessons to fit their needs.
Provide the equipment needed to have a successful lesson.
Deliver a comprehensive, enjoyable, and engaging learning experience.
Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions.
Communicate effectively with parents, clients, or caregivers about player progress.
